I think he means that only the console dial works for all your lights. All other knobs do nothing No change there for me. I'm waiting patiently for them to add keybinds to this , the LOW RPM Switch and a few others mentioned in the bugs section.

Thanks again. The immersion factor is really high and loved the voice comms. Only played in SP and didn't have any real issues with it. Rev 1.1(1) sent you a PM rep inbound :thumbup:

Looks like alot of effort has gone into this. Thanks for taking the time. I will give this a run through this w/end (hopefully tonight if my CO doesnt find something else to fix/clean around here) and report back

To change the color of the Flex-Sights, open 'materials.lua' in DCS World\Mods\aircrafts\Uh-1H\Cockpit\Scripts then on line 48, change the ["HUD_IND_YELLOW"] to one of the colors posted above eg: -

Thanks for your input here PeterP, you saved me alot of time and made this really easy Below is a list of colors that you can use to easily change your sights. Taken from DCS World\Mods\aircrafts\Uh-1H\Cockpit\Scripts\materials.lua Simply pick which color you want and replace the "ORANGE" (on lines 47, 56, 65 of PilotSight_page.lua) with your choice. eg circle1.material = "GREEN_TRANSPARENT" Thanks again Peter edit: jdkirk904, this will only change the pilots sights -

Heres a list i posted in my Helios profile. Its taken directly from the M.E. Not all are tested though. Some airfields that have no NDBs listed, have been given a bearing and distance from the nearest NDB

This was happening to me too Thank you Dzen for posting a possible solution, however playing your download (1.2.5) on our current version, 1.2.4.12913, it doesnt work at all. (it seems that i'm the only one airborne and the city is deserted) I had a look at the mission and made a change or two and it played through nicely Give it a go Prinzartus and see how it goes en_UN-Pilot_14.miz -

You can add your controller as an interface in the Helios Profile editor. From there you can add keyboard inputs to it. Look in the top left corner of the editor under "profile" and "add interface." Not sure how it will work with a 100% homemade joystick, but I modded my old X-52 into a collective and it shows up as an X-52. So if you used an old joystick to make your collective, it will probably show up in the list. I have mine setup so when i use my joystick to switch from guns to rockets, the helios switch will also change states, so its always in the correct position.

that was for codenamepanzer, just pointing out that it is a spring loaded switch and once your RPMs are above the alarm setting, it will not go into the OFF state. As for the bug that you mention , i have no idea. -

Its only useful in the campaign missions at the moment, because i dont think that there's any other missions out there that utilize wingmen, that i'm aware of anyway. I made something similar for the A-10 ages ago, and i found that very handy when time stressed.

This is good. Last time i played it, one of the downed pilots was in the middle of a river. I blew up when i moved too close to the water trying to get him..... Might have to man the door guns while waiting. -

(see post 11 for version2, cold-start profile only) Here is my Helios profile for the Huey Included are two profiles, a cold-start and a hot-start. You dont need them both, but i find it more convenient. You will need to move your Knee-board to the right side of your Helios monitor (see thumbnail), however PeterP's Knee-board mod should be able to do this without any probs http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=107586 or if you dont want this feature, ask here and I'll show you how to keep the panels visible when you hit the Knee-board button if you dont already know how to. A comms panel is included for quick and easy issuing of commands to your flight and or wingmen. An NDBs list is also included and was taken directly from the M.E. Not all have been tested. (except one taken from the list posted by Wess24m) Almost forgot, the frequency windows are placeholders and do not show any content. Instructions included. Any problems please post here. Sorry guys, been busy of late. Such an underwhelming response. Thought there would be more interest.... I'm thinking i might just post my whole Helios profile, but need to clean it up a bit first, so sometime on weekend. This is it atm, everything is functional that has keybinds. Unfortunately the frequeny panels are just place holders until someone gets the export thingy going. I have no idea about that..? I'm also thinking of changing out some of dials to buttons/rockers as they are a little painful to use (but you get used to them). Or would you prefer the dials? oh, and thanks for your interest.

Thought i would ask first, so as to not waste any time. See pics When the "comms" button is pushed it will overlay the comms panel on top of the others. From there, once you decide who your issuing commands to (flight, wingman 2 or 3) its one button push to issue your commands. The formation menu is dynamic in that it will only show what commands are available at the time (ie when you hit "spread", the "combat " and "left" appear, while the "spead" button disappears). I find this much easier to use than the normal method. Is there any interest in this?

Great work! Thanks for this. :thumbup: Missions like this are exactly what we need for the Huey. Bloody lazy fighter jocks. They both could have walked back to their bunks from here..... -
