You're right. The discussions about incidents on servers need to remain in closed environment.
I'd think he means a central ban-database where servman can directly connect to and recive ban-list information, to prevent those who got on the ban-list from playing on any server with servman installed.
No. Which of my postings are you referring to?
@Viper: Sounds like you're thinking about the public MP-Server related topic only, while I was thinking about ED-Forums to host the whole CRT, to have everything related to inter-squadron coordinations at this centrel meeting point. In my eyes that would also be an opportunity for ED, to get in closer contact with all the virtual squadrons, pushing their product to the edge (MP-side).
Well, we could give up the extra CRT-Forums, if we could have a closed section here at the ED-Forums instead (Multiplayer-Section-Subforum :) )!???
Viper & GGTharos could preferably moderate that section.
Would something like this be possible???
Would be scary when the battery makes sounds, wouldn't it!? What you hear is the inverter. ;)
On topic: Yes, this patch is indeed a noticeable step forward. Looking forward to things to come. Keep up the good work!
Maybe have a look at the capability of your CDU (waypoints, markpoints, flightplans, offset,...), your TAD (Map modes, network config, hooking objects,...), use of CMS, use of TGP, night ops, bad weather ops, crosswind landings, ...
Seems like the HUD/IFFCC was not in DTS mode (which is the case when you put an aircraft into the mission to start in the air).

Hey Viper,
you got access to the CRT, don't you?
How about setting up a thread there to discuss how this could be achieved?!?
Sharing public-missions there for example could maybe attract more server-owners to host those missions publicly.
Thanks for putting it right!
I noticed two UHF entries in the diagram. One at DC Essential and one at Right DC. Wasn't sure which of them was finally responsible for the system to be working.
Look at your Dash-1! Figure FO-5 "Electrical System and Power Distribution".
UHF and VHF radios are connected to Right DC Bus. That means yes, you need APU GEN, External Power or ENG GEN.
I also remember a few month back there were some tuts and/or vids, saying the gens are to set to on, prior to engine start.
In the Airbus A319 I know, it is working both ways, as it's using centrifugal clutches, bringing the generators on, once a certain core-rpm is reached.
But fine, when you say that's how it's done in RL then we'll gonna do it that way! :)
Could it be you have set up L/R wheelbrake to your rudder pedals maybe?
I had to setup a deadzone or better said (as it's configured as a slider) modify the X/Y saturation, because once I let the pedal loose, it didn't travel fully back to it's zero position, causing one of the two brakes to remain pushed by some 2-5%. This also causes the jet to pull to the side where the brake is not fully free.
I'd think so too, as there would be some further options required to make it somehow useful. Example: "Pilot dead" -> which pilot?
Looks like it's purpose is what Druid said.
Put a WP at the Bullseye position and further ones at any positions you'd like to know the Bullseye BRG/DIS.
Put an Player aircraft (start on runway, so the systems are up and running) and start the mission.
Now you can use the CDU Offset function to determine distances and bearings. Choose Bullseye as initial point and the different target WPs as destination. Once done, go back to the Editor, delete the WPs and, if needed the aircraft.
Continue building your mission as planned.
In case you're not familiar with the Offset function, refer to the manual and to WarriorX's tutorial on the topic.
To say something about the FC3 thing again:
After all the LOCERFs, flying my Su-27, I think it would be really fun, coming back and taking part with my DCS A-10!
