  1. Seems the 2000C can drop LGBs as long it has lasing assistance. It would be so awesome if we could lase from the A10C or Ground Units to assist the Mirage.
  2. Just bought the lot. I already have all the other modules so pre-purchased Albatros, Nevada and Mirage. Bring it on!
  3. South Korea/U.S. Live fire exercise 2015. Looks so much fun! XVXQlkpaC5k
  4. What would it take to destroy an M1A2 tank if not an ATGM?
  5. Complaint, by it's very nature is criticism. Just a different kind.
  6. Inevitable really.
  7. Mig15 and Mig21 are the best modules since the A10 in my opinion.
  8. Probably no difference to ED being that cheap given the value of the Ruble right now.
  9. Now you just need to find a second hand pair of Jimbo underpants
  10. Don't forget L39. I'm guessing we'll get EDGE, L39 and Multiseat in one glorious update.
  11. As above. Any info would be appreciated.
  12. I can apply a small amount of braking when taking off just until I have full rudder control to adjust my alignment. Also you don't want 100% on as you'll just end up kangarooing down the taxi way.
  13. 1. Assign an axis to brakes (helps a lot) 2. As you move forward, hold down wheel break (or apply pressure to the brake axis) and twist rudder. 3. Your plane will start to turn. Takes a bit of practice. On my X52, I've assigned the brake axis to my thumb slider axis on the throttle. It means I can apply a bit of pressure to the brakes to make slight adjustments in my direction. It's helpful for lining up on runways.
  14. When I start from cold, I can't get the fixnet and pipper to appear in the hud. I tried enabling the switches under the hud and adjusting brightness but nothing appears. It used to work in previous versions. Any ideas?
  15. How will they model the force? Also is the EDGE engine capable of rendering exhaust ports?
  16. Theres an alternative method. Half Life servers can have content hosted on a separate http server. So when you connect it will download maps and content from that server rather than the game server. This way DCS servers could have missions and skins hosted 'offsite', users would download from there when they connect so as not to slow down or lag existing players.
  17. You could potentially set a limit on the size of the cache.
  18. IL2 did this well. It would trickle load the skins over time while in MP and stored them as MD5 hashes in the games cache files.
  19. Load up any Belsimtek module. The sounds are always great. C101 seems very quiet and it ruins the immersion.
  20. A good read http://www.wearethemighty.com/79-cringe-worthy-technical-errors-in-the-movie-top-gun-2015-03
