Well done. I agree would be nice to have and same here vim hrs and guns do a decent enough job but having a dedicated air to air ordinance would be preferred.

I particularly enjoy the videos in the new engine. Really like how the old map looks bad a.. In it.

I think it's in a alpha release state now. The testers have been flying it for awhile ya theirs problems but in my opinion things would get squashed quicker with more feed back from more of a diverse system base. But ya I know the forums would be full of complaints because of bugs and or features.

Yup I can't believe people actually have that attitude of what would a suite upgrade bring anyway. It's ridiculous how much more Effective the a10c is with a more current suite. It would bring about much more advanced training and domination of the air ground aspect.

Exactly dcs 2.0 would be the perfect platform to bring a a10c 2.0. They did it with the shark which was great sure we would like some better night capabilities. A10c suite upgrade only makes sense especially when paired with the f18c when it comes out.

To many defeatist mindsets around here. Nothing will change or get better if attempts are not made. If it's that simple that a contract prevents progress so be it. I still wouldn't take a no that was given years ago as final. I would recommend a new dialog and see if things have changed, as they do very often in the military.

I find it funny that the usaf has a problem with laser Mavericks, and some minor improvements to the suite package. Nothing Opsec would be disclosed. Oh well it was done in the past but it's blocked now, guess only hope is the USAF changes their position on it. You can google it and find out exactly what's in the current bird it's not like their protecting states secrets by preventing a 1 to 3 suite package upgrade lol. Has anybody recently engaged a conversation with the usaf in regards to this and I say again Recently?

It is stated that the Nevada alpha will be for those that purchased a10c during its beta. As Nevada was a map that was suppost to come with the A10c but those who have been here since the beginning saw what happened with that. The way I see it it is kind of a kind gesture to those of us who purchased a10c at the beginning and granting us alpha Nevada map access. Don't care either way just want to fly Dcs 2.0. I agree mods and or developers should make it more clear for everybody. As I understand it Nevada alpha is for the a10c beta purchasers

I may be wrong but from my understanding the dcs 2.0 alpha will be for everybody then the Nevada map alpha will be for those that pre purchased or bought a10c module in beta.? Mods please correct me if wrong....

I wish it was out too but you need to come to terms. It's a video game life goes on and most importantly it's mountain bike season in colorado!

I have a Buttkicker, dcs world is far from perfect for it but here's what I did. On the Amp make sure low filter cutoff is off High cutoff is on High cut off freq dial set to 40 Now rest is up to you finding proper volume of Buttkicker in game. What I do to get an overall good volume is go to the f2 view with the a10c running on the Tarmac. Then increase your Buttkicker volume until the amp starts flashing red. Then decrease volume two clicks or however many it takes to make red flashing go away. Should be set, you can turn volume higher if you fly with no f view keys enabled. I run diveplanes sound mods and his new airdistortions and also most importantly the landing gear sound adjustment one he made as that standard sound would blow up the Buttkicker upon landing or takeoff. Everybody system is different so experiment.

Unfortunately it doesn't work for what I have in my sig. Seems passive 3d types of tv is a no go. To bad too as that would be epic to run this in 3d at least at 1440p

Its a well known problem Currently in DCS World, The Sticky Ground issue. Affects all aircraft and well it shouldnt in certain situations.

Sorry to say Amd cards and the rift don't work. You will have to wait for dcs 2.0 and hope it works in that.

Time will only tell. Assumptions tell us that yes the cv1 should be perfectly usable for numerous reasons one being higher resolution with two screens. One per eye makes a huge difference. I wouldn't expect prices to be at the 350 mark....

Weird I would make sure you have the ipd adjusted for you and try both sets of lenses. Also make sure it's running at 75fps. When I had sli on and stuff wasn't working properly it was definately sickening. It's definately not plug and play stage yet.

Lol sucks to be you. I assume you get motion sickness easily and can't bear to fly in a real aircraft? Vr will not be for everybody.
