  1. A10c can easily survive in an modern battlefield. It has its role just like every other aircraft. You don't win conflicts with Air power you win it with troops on the ground. That will never change. As long as that is the case we don't care about your perception of future conflicts. The A10 works best for us now, and the current mission set we are engaged in is going to last until we get an administration that is willing to take the gloves off and end the califate.
  2. Yes it does but its also a single ship no combat flight.... we need improved performance in combat not solo flights. Also his FOV is pulled back giving a false sense of speed
  3. You are exactly right. I dont know how many times my self and fellow team members have Been "guided" by the brass watching us on the dam feed back at the talk. Sometimes it helps but most of the time it breaks concentration of the tactical situation on the ground. The future looks interesting with the tech in the works. Heck im a firm believer in the not to distant future everything will be drones from ground to air and no longer will humans be on the battlefield in the numbers it currently is. Will be way past my time but i see a future like that.
  4. LOL In response to the Uav and us ground guys those capabilities have been around for years... and yes that would be cool the whole vr type command room...
  5. Nothing wrong with him in my opinion. Most of what he says in video makes perfect sense.
  6. What i like from those pics is it seems like the foliage draw distance is remarkably far and much improved. Will be great for rotor heads and tree top flying!!

  10. So i see you experts saying were incorrect using the force correlate function in dcs world. Well when are you going to fix the simulation of the Mavericks so we can operate correctly? As i see it the ingame force correlate is the closest to the real world point operation of the maverick in relation to range lock. As in real life i have fired Similar systems. You can in real life lock on anything as long as their is sufficient contrast to background. Fix the mavericks in Dcs world until then in game force correlate is just fine in my opinion. We have handicaps forced on us in the sim for some reason. Hope to see them go away with dcs 2.0
  11. Fort Carson Colorado Yakima training area Washington state.

  13. Yes Dcs 2.0 beta will come before Nevada. Or it will come with Dcs 2.0 beta we don't exactly now.
  14. Edge in alpha? Dcs 2.0 is first thing to come and that's a beta. Using the incorrect terminology will only further confuse the populace
  15. Ya turn off vsync and enjoy the horrible screen tearing and when you get to the populated parts of the map you won't be getting no 122.
  16. So here is the true talent your flying dcs world with no mods...
