    If one were to a business case study on managing customers experiences in a popular gaming platform with a popular 3rd party vendor during a payment dispute, then we have plenty of content to read in the forum. ED and RZ said they are working together towards a resolution. Currently, there has been no new information in at least nine months from the official sources.

    Lack of open, meaningful, and timely updates is not effective in maintaining customers' expectations. I find it peculiar there is no true resolution after approximately six months.

    Part of the lure, request, and desire to see the nuke weapons, along with the infamous mushroom cloud, is because ED does not model it. Right now, we see a big bloob of scorched earth showing where the tactical nuke exploded.

    Using the nukes is likely to escalate the conflict. I would be interested in how much further the conflict would increase; that is, in DCS.

    One possible approach is to hope for the best while preparing for the worst. The ideal solution is ED and RZ resolve their dispute and the working relationship continues. On the the other hand, ED and RZ go their separate ways. It is possible that ED has devoted resources that would support RZ modules should things not work out. The lack of official news is frustrating and not an effective way to manage customer expectations.

    Perhaps some updates to the super carrier. We might see the release of the eurofighter and the a-6. Possible map enhancements. The top of Australia map could appear. RZ likely to not be discussed.
