@Mike Force Team agrees wholeheartedly with @Rongor. @Eagle Dynamics, please consider expanding the Afghanistan Map so that it allows access to the Arabian Sea or Indian Ocean. The Tomcats, Harriers, and Hornets pilots would like to enjoy flying from the carriers across Pakistan en route to Afghanistan. Currently, the Afghan map information reveals the focus is solely on Afghanistan itself. Should @Eagle Dynamics consider expanding and charging for the Afghan Map expansion, I believe people will pay for it. Mike Force Team

Mike Force Team is very happy to read the update on the Afghanistan Map. I understand that the Afghan Map will be a smaller size while in the early-release phase. Will ED later update the Afghan Map that shows the entire map of the country? To allow naval assets like the aircraft carriers to participate, can the Afghan map be extended through Pakistan so that it goes to the Arabian Sea? Mike Force Team

Yeah, the lack of updates on the Phantom is frustrating. Hopefully, new updates will be forthcoming soon.

It appears we are going through an informational update lull. I hope ED will allow HB to publish another F-4 video revealing more about the Phantom. I hope there were no bugs or issues that could have caused delays. Mike Force Team

Hello @Thunderjet , Do you plan on adding a section for the F-4 Phantom, when it is available? For the rotary, do you plan on adding the Gazelle? Do you have plans for REDFOR aircraft like the upcoming Mig-29 A, Mig-17, or Mig-23? Mike Force Team

As for a possible solution, ED could have this part of the world represented in the Global Map. We know ED is working on a Global Map, but has not given us any WIP screenshots or new information save what was mentioned in the 2024 @ Beyond video. Mike Force Team

The mission creep issue causes us frustration. While we enjoy the excitement of a new featurette showcasing the phantom, the feelings of frustration return once the video ends. While we read general information saying release Q1 2024, that is all we know. A better way to manage experiences and expectations is to give more specific release dates.

Hello, Heatblur, I have read the promotional information and watched the riveting F-4 videos, that touch on wear-and-tear. I know the Heatblur spent approximately three years focusing on highly detailed systems that interact with each other and simulate the effects of use. I saw the brief description that shows the sticky altimeter gauge, which was well presented. I am saying that Heatblur is making the Phantom as realistic as possible. In turn, this inspired me to ask the questions below. Will the Phantom show external damage from SAM or AAA hits that damage the airframe? I am asking if the modeling will show AAA exploding shell pitting or marring and if it will it reveal any SAM warhead damage. Will the phantom show fluid leaks? I am asking if the F-4 will show hydraulic leaks or jet fuel dripping off the jet when it is overfilled with fuel. Does the F-4 have realistic damage that results from bird collisions? I am asking if the F-4's modeling is likely to show shattered windshields, damaged radar housings, or blood smears from birds that hit the jet. Does the Phantom show the effects of extreme cold temperatures on airplane performance? For some upcoming maps that include extreme cold, the freezing weather can affect the older jet's startup, flight systems, and other components. Mike Force Team

Hello, Heatblur, Will the F-4 model Pilot Induced Oscillation Damage? I know that bent landing gear might appear after a pilot makes a hard landing due to PIO. Will the jet's airframe represent damage like bent sheet metal, damaged/destroyed radar nose cones, or damaged windshields? Mike Force Team
