Nope wont happen anytime soon. I in fact have not seen pictures of J-11A and Bs carrying them on those Stations i.Deka doesnt work on the J-11A anymore and that wont change, unless there is a serious bug that has to be fixed.

as long as the Speed values get adjusted, the PL-12 feels way slower

This sounds like an ED issue, can you go and try it with another plane? If you get the same issue with an F-15E/F-16C/F-18 its an ED issue
