  5. This was at ECW Server and I cant measure it, at my personal feelings was about 3-4 nm for Su-25. Tested visibility in offline for MiG-21. Contact shows from 24 km and starts increase angular size untill merge. This is good, better then June DCS versions, when contact has step in angular size increasing.
  6. August patch do nothing. Jester wheel unusable. Try to do small HBUI resolution and change position. But it makes completely dissapear Jester question panel, like alignment type and flight altitude. Dear @Zabuzard, why HB has no reaction to this problem so long? DCS support says it's not they problems, because F4 is 3rd party... P.S. WMR system with Odyssey+.
  7. Thank you too for feedback! Since last patch long range contacts 3+ nm looks better, but when comes in close range they just dissapear. This is weird when long range contacts has better visibility then close range. Still feels unplayble. Why just not back before July patch values? P.S. WMR system with Odyssey+
  8. @BIGNEWY says they will fix dot and contact visibility at second July patch. After second July patch nothing or worse. Second and first July patch in DCS feels unplayble in this terms.

  10. Since July update contact visibility is decreased in VR (WMR system). Try to play with LOD and other settings-nothing. How to switch to old contact visibility via .cfg?
  11. Good time for all! Febraury update broke Mistral IR seeker. There is no more tracking of ground units. Its still has lock on tone, but after launch rocket goes straight/dumb in all kind of conditions... Maybe Im do something wrong? Sry for doubleposting, but this issue doesnt have resolution untill... BR

  14. Dear HB and forum members! When I get lock on the target sometimes it goes wrong (no matter how Im obtain it, via RWS by telling Jester to lock or via ACM mode). Radar tracks something else, but not my target, when traget is right, radar display shows its left. Aim dot goes mad, and when Im change dot mode to "target" dot via V1 mode it looks clearly wrong tracking. Maybe I need turn on Interlock (but it all about launch, not tracking)? Does it all bug or feature of crappy F-4 radar? Jester option for radar elevation looks broken too. When I tell him to change elevation it changes incorrectly at +5 degrees (and back to 0 after using same option) at radar display lineage of elevation (no matter which option from elevation menu Im using). What means +3,500 ft; +5000ft; etc. commands at Jester elevation menu, what physically it means? For wich range this +3,500 ft? BR

  16. Hi all, dear forum members! 1. How to change gun burst quantity or does it fixed? 2. Does I need special (over standard auto-start sequence) fuel tanks managment (like at F-5) for taking fuel from tanks firstly? And does it taking fuel from all of 3 tanks at one time or centre/wing tanks firstly? I check HB manual, but still feels something wrong with it, beacause fuel-meter makes me confused... P.S. To HB Team: why all cabin sounds for F-4 was just imported from F-14? Best Wishes! P.P.S. Please, relocate this topic to Bugs and Problems...
  17. Im sorry, but this is my fault, problem was in INS mode (without GPS). When Autostarting F-18 sequence set it to NAV, when Im set it to IFA all JDAMs works correctly. Many thanks all for helping. Best Wishes.
  18. Good day to all! JDAMs (all models) TOO mode with HUD/HMD and FCR is permanently broken in Online, but with TPOD (not FLIR pod) it works. Bombs impact far away (100+ meters) from TOO point. In Offline all works correctly. This is not new bug (1+ year), not depends from map/server and also from machines specs (tried from Desktop/Laptop). But if its matter - last noted case was now at DDCS server with Persian Gulf. Im attaching track (JDAMs case at the last 4 mins.), sry cant cut track. Best Wishes.   19. Hellfire not so bad against front aspect jets (means flying to you). But one big problem is time George needed to 114L lock on jets via TADS. Trying different pilot seat stuff (PHS, FXD, HMD source, LOABL inhibit, 1st and 2nd detent) to lock and transmit target data via HMD, but nothing is working. Square (seeker) following HMD sight, but wont be solid for launch.

  21. Hi to all! Keybinds lost after F1EE patch, this will 3 or 4 times since original F1 was released. Simple ctrl+c/ctrl+v doesnt work for new .cfg of Mirages. Somebody know how to simply restore it from older .cfg files? To Aerges: no one module in DCS dont make so much pain like F1, no one 3rd developer dont change keymap more than ones in my expirience. This is why I'm not fly with this module since F1EE patch, its unplayble and no sense for binding 70+ keys again. P.S. Im wating for F-104, but 10 times think about this buy, cause my expirience with F1 were so bad. Best of luck...

  24. EP-13 Maverick`s sight doesnt work from coldstart (online/offline). Maybee I`m do something wrong, but before patch all works well. At airstart sight works.

Missile engines has residual heat and I think, IR seekers can recognise this heat at short distances (I have some PvP cases with R-60 and R-73, their seekers lock on burnout AIM-120 and down them, but time before impact was around 1-2 s). So, this is question for Devs: whats the range for detection of burnout missiles?
