I think in the past litigation with Paypal, it was determined that Paypal does in fact operate as a bank. Being such, you should be able to withdraw your money to the same location that you pulled the money from.

Most of the issues with SF are getting solved. From what I hear, people not being able to copy CD/DVD is solved by reinstalling. Other than that, is losing activations, and ED already said they will give you more. I really dont see the issue. But then again, I dont care if the men in black suite are spying on my computer. I have nothing to hide, LOL. People and there conspiracy theories. And im with Slammin, dude you really need to check out FC. Its is the bomb I tell you LOL. the 500 LGB is just damn cool. Try blowing up an ammo depot hehe.

2 days, lol. No offense, but most modems wont keep a connection that long. I guess try to find another computer to download from with broadband. If you have a squadmate or someone you trust, just have em login for you, download it. Burn to CD, and mail it to you. It would probably be faster.

I have yet to have problems with SF either. But I dread the day they start, and I would like to avoid it if possible.

I have a server up and running in HL now. 4 flights, 3 planes each. Can only get into the first plane of each flight. Oh well, would have made mission building much easier..............

vanilla LOMAC, is that 1.0 I take it. I do believe they said that 1.1 doesnt officially support missions made in previous versions.

It seems to me, with flight sims being such a small community, that ED would take these efforts under their wings. To me, its close to free labor for them. If the external model's get done by the community, thats a huge load off of ED.

Like I have said before, there are many more circumstances of people having no problems, as there are of people with problems. Might want to consider that. You might want to also consider, that without SF there are many games that have unsolved problems on certain individuals computers.

This does mean though, that you cannot offer a cracked exe though. But the EULA only applies to people who have purchased the game also. There are other laws that apply to the other people. But I do believe that cracks arent illegal.

This just means offering modified code of LOMAC is against the EULA. Not providing the mods. The mods have no LOMAC code in them, and therefore even if ED didnt want you making them, they really cant resistrict the use of.

In versions previous to 1.1, when creating a multiplayer mission, it was necessary to add each plane as an individual flight. Is it possible to create multi-client packages now? I will check today, but I am at work. Just wondering if anyone else has checked this yet.

Me either. I know I can backup the downloaded file to a CD. And I have no problem with that. I was just hoping for a version without SF. But just hoping.

Yeah that was my understanding. But I think, UBI just didnt choose to continue to distribute. I am not sure if ED couldnt distribute, just that they didnt have a distributor besides UBI.

This is a known problem, there are many threads on it, and ED has addressed the issue. Its not a fault with ED, it is with paypal. Paypal has your money, not ED. Thank you for choosing paypal =(

Yeah I am not sure of the details, but he was pretty adamite on his opinion that the Prowler kept the rest of the planes in the air. He said, most pilots he talked to would never fly a mission without em. Pretty general comments.

Those arent planned for the next add-on, to my understanding. Those planes are for the next sequel, ie LOMAC 2

For those who have paid for a download. Will we get a CD when they are available? Or do we need to pay for a CD version?
