Hello! With the up and coming new fighters in DCS, mainly the Mig-21Bis and the F/A-18C: Please, add Finland as one of the countries allowed to fly them! We are currently flying the Hornet and used to operate in the Mig!

One culprit might also be the Supercharger ? High RPM of the blower produces a whine. On Turbocharged engines, like in the Messerschmitt it's more pronounced. Or so i've let myself be told..

Nice training mission.. First time off I crashed in to the Black sea... I just cant work with the QNH - So I asked the QFE from the Batumi Tower and used it instead. On the second try I nailed it, not perfect, but a nice touchdown and landed safely.

This was solved in the other thread, the problem was, that he was using simple radio key "\" when he should have been using the the above keys. He says he these Mapped to his joystick and it worked. http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=1453109&postcount=19

Errr... the Airfields ATC should respond even without "friendly" units in the map ? Dunno about the free fly mission.. :( Double check that you're using the correct "radio" to contact the ATC, tuning the correct freq is not enough, you have to push the correct radio "talk" key.

The lack of A2A mode TD on the HUD is just... Totally weird in my opinion. Why is it not there?

With the CEM - Sea level where it's at! Somehow it doesn't seem to work at higher altitudes, in the mountains and what not... There was a thread about them in the forums somewhere...

Yeah, makes sense. Reddish color doesn't bust your normal "night vision" - red light is such that eye doesn't adapt it self to bright light so easily when using red light. But it's closer to Infra-red and as such is probably worse for the NVGs? :) EDIT: Use the "INTEN" (intensity) setting on the UFC to control HUD brightness at night. (but you already knew that)

Confirmed, I had this same issue. There are 2 Predators in the air. And add this: I had to de-tune 127,5 since ... well, after the SEAD did its work, The Comms got swamped with "XYZ, RTB, at 3000" or something last night.. It just repeated over and over and over again. Can't remember the callsign anymore.

Apparently, just reading this a month later, and i'm like "WHAT the f* is this comment doing here" :) LOL .. and sorry.
