I encountered this in one MP online sortie. Tested on single player afterwards: After dropping JSOWA, I cannot slew or steer the Maveric AGM-65F (MAVF) seeker with the TDC anymore. Track attached https://forums.eagle.ru/attachment.php?attachmentid=216394&stc=1&d=1567064403 Steps I did on the sortie: #1 Steer away from waypoint 1 #2 designate end of column for first JSA #3 drop JSA #4 designate beginning of column for the second and drop #5 designate middle of column for JSA, drop #6 designate another column for the last JSA, drop it (it went ballistic, hit a hillside, maybe I was too far offset) #7 turn back for a MAVF attack -> I cannot steer the maverick seeker with TDC anymore Some notes: - on the multiplayer sortie, I didn't have the TGP loaded, so it wasn't it "colliding" with slew logic. - on this SP sortie, I had the TGP - the Sensor SOI was on MAVF screen, since I could adjust it's FOV. I think this happened to me when I switched weapons when trying to lock something up. Ie. I'm in Sparrow mode, then I press designate to try to STT lock a contact. Then when the radar takes its time trying to find the bug, I already switched to AMRAAM before the target was locked. I'll try to reproduce this at some point, if needed.

Yeah, if not forced, then make it an option? Server enforced. Also, an option to display your killer. Weapon perhaps... Also also: an option to allow a "death cam", from the shooters POV in some lighter situations?

If it works, it takes about 1:40 (a minute and 40 seconds) for the map to show. if it doesn't it don't matter how long you wait.

Have you tried opening the mission in ME, then just saving it again?

Hi! they sure do look nice, but I'm wondering whether the black side/cockpit wall on MT-213 is the correct shade of *black*. I'd guess it should be dark green or grey instead. On Blue Flag, took up 2 Mav:s, four bombs and Aim-120/9x loadout. First thought of bombing Sirri, performed an attack, Rifle times 1 and 1 Mk-83 on the runway... Wondered why nothing shot at me back... Turns out it was friendly. We must go deeper. Decided to attack Bandar Abbas. Low altitude, quick pass. Rifle at some line of 4 contacts.. 2 Bombs on the Runway and fourth bomb on some barracks or storage tanks. Exit the stage towards south popping flares and chaff. Got out. Found a contact low and slow. IFF reports "diamond", RAYGUN on the GCI frequency got no replies. FOX3 from 10 nm. A second later AWACS calls "Juuba that target is friendly." F**K! Drop STT lock, hope the missile won't find him. It didn't. Phew. Shot my other FOX3 on something to no effect either. Started to rtb to Khasab, when GCI vectors me to a low and fast Viggen. Found multiple cons. Eventually got an unknown contact and no Buddy Spike calls. Close in, performed a nice stern conversion on him, he didn't manoeuver. Killed my radar, locked an AIM9X on his tailpipe and Fox2! "Splash one VIggen" Land and rearm at Khasab. Sortie score is -2, almost got back even.

I read somewhere, that the Superhornet made away with the push-button configuration on the hat, and it's mapped as e.g Eldur said: "Sidewinder left". CH user here too, I mapped them as mentioned also.

Just double checking. The Saved Games\DCS\Liveries has the "model" folders, and inside them are "skin folders" and the skin-files (lua+dds) are "just there" right? ie: Saved Games - DCS -- Liveries --- FA-18C_hornet ---- Skin1 ---- Skin2 ---- Skin3 Inside e.g Skin1 there's just the *.dds and description.lua ?

It (the Launch Bar) goes "UP" automagically after you raise the gear... Doesn't it? I've never touched it post cat-shot.

Flew it a few times, quite nice! Atmosphere was ... a bit quiet.. But the "NATO chatter" did add something to it. Still, it was a bit lonely, quiet. First time I was surprised on the way home, died without noticing anything. then a I survived but died later.. third time I didn't find "it" anymore. Fourth time I was slightly off track, and didn't overfly the threat and landed, was there supposed to be some kind of "Mission successful" message? I tried to taxi to the position where I started, next to the tanker and those 3 infantry-guys, but didn't get anything. Hmm, Running Open Beta, but I cannot find that Tank button next to MAP, SAT, ALT -buttons... What do ? EDIT: removed mission_editor.lua and repaired. It works now, button is visible.

Sorry I missed your reply. No I don't recall seeing any alarms/warnings or other indications of problems.

I've had this happen in Multiplayer quite often. Tacan on the carrier (or carrier strike group) just stops receiving. Restarting the Tacan in the hornet did nothing.

Dunno if this is a known issue or not, I tried searching, but didn't find similar issues: Yesterday in a multiplayer session, I had jettisoned my external fuel tank in flight. Then I landed and rearmed (the same setup as initially). After take-off I noticed in the IFEI that my fuel was getting depleted from Internal, and after checking the FUEL page in the DDI, the Center External Fuel tank was not feeding any fuel. I got it to feed from the Center External Tank using the ORIDE (Override) setting in the external fuel tank panel in the left console, aft of the throttles. EXT TANKS - CTR to ORIDE position.
