  1. Weirdly I cant get even yestrdays version to track with TWS anymore. What did I do yesterday different Damned. Then it clearly worked. (I have the yesterdays mod also, but how doesnt it work anymore with TWS + BVR on many targets at the same time. Was it luck, or then I accidentally did something "wrong" to make em work. Hmm..) STT lock still works flawlessly. That tws is pretty weird as it seems not to make the msl itself active or something. (it never starts tracking by its own. Though now when I think of it, could it be just that yestrday I released the lock before the pitbull mode. Maby I will try that also. Very weird indeed - yesterday I have _none problems_ whatsovever, so seems weird if I just "accidentally" got hit with every msl. OFC I can just TWS -> choose targets of choise and STT -S shoot -> TWS -> STT shoot etc. Buut annoying as hell Cant get my head around what did I do diffeently yestreday. Has those avionics files altered from yesterday? BUUHUU ME WANT TWS MULTITARGET
  2. Hmm. Has something changed concretly in missiles? (outcluding that new nuke). Just tested the mod, with that very same mission vs. yestersday (beartrap msn 3, msn itself works fine and is actually very good for using different mods.. ) Again JATMB´s and pretty much everything do their own "tracking" (they dont if not lucky). The old behaviour that was gone yesterday I now did suddenly repeat on two flights. Very weird (yesterday I posted pics msls (pretty much everyone of em) shot with TWS on many (two in this case) targets. All of em hit. But now again, in the very same way I described earlier the msls just go off the target. DCS hasnt updated. Luckyly I do have yesterdays f-22a folder still on my pc, and just about to test if theres a difference with that If not it has to be something in the f-22 update itself? Yesterday I did repeat many times BVR + TWS + different kind of msls (mostly aimd´s e´s and JATM´s each one to separate target with tws by "multilaunch")
  3. yup noticed also that usually when I have tried to take a shortucut I have ended up in f10 map situation - mod hasnt worked. So was 5mins ago also (I dont use ovgme though, as I usually have only 1 mod at a time in use at time (what comes to aircrafts atleast..) so I do everything by hands). Again just deleted f-22 folders from saved games and installed into repaired dcs every .zip / .rar and now its fine again. Seems clearer to just do it all by hands (if not using ovgme) from beginning. Afterall its only 4-5 files into 2 diff directory so ~2mins. Just about to start msl testing with same SEAD msn (Bear trap msn 3) I played trough yesterday...
  4. SUM: Hit with every msl (JATMB + TWS, AIMD´s + TWS, AIME´s + TWS and killed s-300 with MAKO´s before f-16´s got into target area XD (and six fighters, EVERY msl hit!) So I can confirm this update REALLY works NOW with latest update. Make sure you make clean install to repaired dcs with repair seeking extra files on. Make sure you install with these new downloaded files to updatet dcs to latest version + repair dcs + seek extrafiles on - so basically install it to clean /savedgames/mods folders (delete the old f-22 whole directory) and then to repaired dcs with these new files on page 1. I did so about 1 hour ago, and now flown two missions with every single msl hitting I have shot I can truly confirm that this mod, and wpns I needed to heck out one sead TARCAP mission by multiroling it trough pretty much singlehandedly - i think everything works as much as I need. Thank you Nightstorm again for great work.
  5. With latest DCS update... EDIT: Second pick added TWS + JATMB Tracking, even though I defended after the launch so that radar got disconnected by accident. Still Jatms where able to find their separate targets and hit em from ~40nm´s. Which (Jatms + tws + really activly seek separate targets on "one launch" - that didnt work at last update). So far so good EDIT#2: AIM120D-3´s tracking correctly with TWS!
  6. yeah seems that every aim acts littlebit funny. and even an repaired version of dcs + mig29 + adder seemed to track weirdly / badly. Hope ED hasnt had some nerfnerftuning for msls Damn.
  7. Hmm. DCS Upgrade seemed to brakeup jatmb, just tested 5mins ago. they fly ok but just seems to go to point where target was calculated to be at the moment of launch authorization / launching the msl. (atleast they go near the enemy but doesnt seem to track em by themselves in anyways (nor with my lock on all the way to target) but d3´s seem to work more or less AND those MAKO AGM just hit S-300. Those JATMS worked umm was it thursday I tested previous update of ench. mod. (all these without that msl package which is optional). But yeah. Just wanted to note you theres something weird with JATM. Phasing works fine but it they just dont track enemy moves after the launch whatsoever And oh didnt test all the msls yet, nor JATMA nor LRAAM. Ill report more if I find more. Just playing as we speak. But nice that those AGM´s really seem to track and work as intented. (lock to "hardest" signal). Playing legendary bear trap campaing turned to f-22. I can share it if ppl want when I have played all em trough. Nice that I can TARCAP and still shoot AGM stuff to backup AI vipers. Very nice Indeed. And S-300 really has difficultiese to track me. Though got missile on my nose when flow too near. but still stealth works also more or less.
  8. Wow. Thats nice. HAH I jumped into f-15 just for kicks with alt+j when thumbled my f22 into the ground kaboom. F-15 avionics were pretty interesting.. it autorudders itself in very funny ways. Which is ofc understoodable (AI flies it, the f-15C during missions, no problemo!). Wpns in this mod are very nice. Have tried pretty much every (and hit) wpn. I havent seen any problems. OFC weird behaviour if not hit with msls but thats understoodable also (I have no comptense what so ever anyway to say how they should behave if not hit..) (msl lofts with almost no speed left..) But thats nothing as usually they hit, even with pretty far ranges. I even kaboomed everything with AGM antirdr msl to s-300 (and 3 of my flying nukes the first one blew the up so I assume it nukes pretty nicely Anyways just wanted to tell -> evey wpn tested and seen no problems. (not every combo but atleast every msl more or less) and they seem to work, actually confusingly nicely compared what it was before the update. And as a coder I tell to fellow coder: Remember to also to sleep and eat OK ? Played almost trough the whole bear trap campaing, and everything has gone fine. (few bugs in missions itself, but nothing that I wasnt aware of before, not because the f22). Even f-16´s seemed to sead fine even after my nuke the s-300 black op...
  9. Ok I was littlebit unclear maby. Sry my thumbly English as Finnish person. All I ment is - after that msl package version 1.2 there are two aimd3´s in mission editor wpn list of f22 (the one opening for every pylon where wpn is choosed). Other one is marked AIM120D3 and the other one marked AIM120D-3. Which one is the one coming with your mod? (I assume here: the otherone is from that msl package (optional) Ofc I can try starting the mod without that msl package also, but just thought I would ask instead of reverting my installement. (with "AIMB´s" graphics I just referred to marking shown in pylon "box" when you choose the wpn in msn editor Otherone has long fins in that pylon "box" showing the chosen wpn in mission editor.
  10. Yeah actually I noticed that it truly keeps lvl nicely / autotrims itself. And gotta say nicely done that "automodebehaviour" (like on take-off). Thats how it really works. IRL F22 "knows" what pilot is doing and changes modes by computer (atleast according to MIT FAA courses f22 testpilot lecture in youtube - btw truly recommend to watch if not seen that vid! I liked the wpns here. BTW is aimd-3 version that comes with this package or d3 (I assume d3 is the one coming with raptor or that wpn package, atleast it has aimb´s graphics in msn editor :)? Thanks for your great work trough the years. I have hundreds of hours with f22 and most of em is with this ench. package of yours
  11. Hmm. Should the autopilot work somehow? There are separate section in controls "EFM commands" but seems no response to those?

As I am trialing Viggen, it was pretty crucial to know that its not me failing. Though the good part here is: Now I know how to calc that qfe ~ myself Anyways pretty much all I need atm is those target qfe´s But yeah thanks. heres also the reddit link..
  13. I have this very same problem NOW. In every mission the cardridge 0 "mission defined in msn editor" waypoints go into flight computer itself nicely BUT theres ALWAYS only startup and then landingpoint. what ever i do whatever cardridge I load its always only 2 waypoints (and they are total weirdos) I will attatch pic from kneeboard datacard unloaded and loaded. Unloaded (viggen running in background so there is power): null And cartridge loaded (+ lola + 9099 + lmal ofc) weird thing is waypoints do go into viggens comp. itself (if i press diff waypoints they are in computer, can see distances to waypoint etc and i can fly in route no prob. its just that not showing into kneeboard. Should I load some different cardridge than the default one in kneeboard? or am I doing something wrong? Heres picture when cartridge is loaded, why "hotstart in Air"?? (plane is on ramp coldstarted ) null
  14. Trialing Viggen, and confused how there is no qfe´s marked in Mjolnirs response campaing. Is this a bug, or should I calculate that myself, or am I simply just doing something wrong? Is the campaing just outdated? Atleast planes taking of in wrong direction (compared to youtube vids, in which btw there is qfe´s shown). ?
  15. why chucks guide tells to put rdr altimeter on and hud slave to fram in plan ccip bombing. weirdly I have NO any qfe in my kneeboard for mjolnirs response campaing
  16. Has somebody tried F22A + Nightstorm stuff with latest version of DCS? I think i will ask before I start to thumble with installation.. BTW where should that "double file" be deleted? From the F22A folder itself (savedgamesdcsfolder/mods/aircraft/F22A/)? As Finnish person I have difficulties to quite understand where should that extra file be delteted from (and which filename is that excactly. Which file should I delete and where is it? ) Have totally played alot with this mod + ench. ~2yago but have pretty much forgotten how / where was that file

And as mentioned, this is not really so much problem for me - as mentioned, before dcs launched deck crew update I used to rush, perhaps just missions mentioned, to CAT 1 or 2, (instead of #3) to avoid wingman crashing into my plane -> so basically it works same as before, only difference I now need to go first (before AI). But yeah, thank you this answered my question. Anyone else reading this - I TOTALLY recommend this campaing, it has been since day one I bought it my favourite campaing with HN. No matter I know "how I should play it", it is very good also to try different styles of using fire (different wpns). Lately have tried to push myself trying how multirole I can get. It gives nicely freedom to use different kind of weaponry / styles of using different wpns, at least when played trough 1 time first. Also nice as it fits beginners as well as experienced player.
  19. Hi!. I played campaing till this mission flawlesly. Difference is that deck crew suddenly puts my wingman first to cat 4 and ofc me to hold (it wasnt like this on the other missions, dont actually remember did dcs update itself on the middle of my campaing or something, or is it just me, or is it just this mission BUT seems to somehow more or less corralete with some same later problems I have read from different topics. (wingman doesnt respond for example). It goes like this. I salute-> start my engines normally etc, but then when i press salute again to taxi deck crew does give me signal to move. Ok I move INCH immediately puts me on hold as my wingman starts to taxi to CAT 4, and then weirdly puts him first to cat 4 and i have to wait him to launch, which of by itself is pretty weird as cat 3 cant do anything if it doesnt go firts (hornets actually would fit in any order but anyways puts me on hold "waiting cat to be free" reads on screen and my nose is just next to his heatplate (cat 4´s heatplate.) dunno if dcs does this on supercarrier with every plane, dont have any clue, but the real proble here is that when / if wingman gets into air first -> he announces that he rejoins but never really does it. Then he puts his iff off and i can see him on map, but cant even look him from f2 view which is something I have never seen while playing DCS He is there but he isnt there. No answer to radio calls no anything. Just devil 1-2 flying around on the map until he just announces that he is getting out from the strike. Tried the mission for few times, with different loadouts and different waypoints and different startup choises (devils 2-5 msn type etc etc). After that annouce of devil 1-2 gettin out from strike also others are more or less random. (maby they just abort/dunno what to do as half of my flight has exited the strike? dunnno). Havent yet tried on other missions that does it the same also with others but next I will do that. Until this mission, after that flight deck crew patch (on changelog) everything worked flawlessly-> deck crew put me on cat 3 THEN wingman after me, and after getting into air everything worked as flawlessly as this campaing should. Playing now for xxx time, have played this campaing A LOT, many times trough so its great fun. I have nothing to complain, I just wondered I write about this as I wondered if those ppls "wingman doesnt respond" is somekind of same "wingman loses himeself" (atleast it sounds) bug. Actually before deck crew I always rushed to cat 2 just for that my wingman doesnt crash into me. Should he go first? If not / yes should it matter somehow? But yeah, atleast I remember before this I have always taken-off first (before my wingman), more or less by forcing it if needed But it worked nicely with deck crew on until this msn. Has dcs upgraded itself after that mentioned patch where changelog mentioned changes to FS campaing?

  21. I have also had problems with AI stucking in the deck (though not in msn one, nor that i would had tried to launch first). So do I understand correctly that the campaing should still work atm, if I just launch first? (taxi to cat first etc..) The deck crew can even be on..?

  23. Just had jf-17 on trial about third time, funny that whole 2 week i only flew with "jf-39 Gripen" And btw at least aa stuff works, even meteors, nicely with latest update! Something weird with comms, (handoff to gripen radio has some weirdomob without easy comms on, though with easy comms on everythig works nicely - even the handoff between (just switch between ) gripens own radio (right hand panel in front of throttle) and between jf-17 own radio (hand-off button there under those comm 1 and comm 2 buttons on the left hand panel). Somebody should make also those displays some other color than black and white, even the original black and green would be better (one cant see <profanity> from texts without zooming very near, though pretty much only thing needed to read is datalink / rwr display Jf-17 has maby the best rwr display in whole game, as it is projected in display on top of HSI. It gives very nice SA though one hasnt HMD. Noted that It was really good (gripen jf-17 version) in TARCAP/BARCAP stylish missions where SEAD goes further over caucasus mountains etc and with meteors one can easily stay way behind and just jamm and fly around and shoot missile every now and then, few times I really had great feeling that i am in real modern fighter even. ^`^ (you know that feeling you once in a while get in dcs after little times of boredom what to fly
