Yup same prob here, but as everyone else is having it too pretty much same to me. Only landing bugged, though those ai dives were pretty well weird. 30 ft to lets say 25k -> ~15k that 20 nm´s and then to 12k Well I think ai tries to somehow "nicely" in formation hit together that wpnt time mark, and could ofc be because of my formation flying skills they might also be wobbling, but dunno Seems very nice campaing still this far. The finishing graphical touch is very nice, and thigs in tutorial msn are made pretty clear. And I truly like that campaing does give ppl space to use their own skill level game settings (at least some of em). Those were really helpfull in badgers campaings 2-3 years ago when i learned to fly hornet, forcing myself trough badgers campaing. Literally.

Thats nice. Though f-22 is starting to be more or less test platform. 127 built planes which many are retired allready. Littlebit late. Have USAF announced any year / decade when they will retire? I have understood that some of hulls contains early cracks in those early composites, but some are fine. Though now there has been that talk of weird g-symptoms or something among f-22 pilots, as first ones start to get older.. -

I have same problem, BUT my "had cursor" dissappears totally. But pretty much same situation -> lock in had -> search with pod and thumble with it -> had loses radar signal / radar goes off -> had tdc gone. This does not produce itself everytime, but has done it many times since about 6months. Dunno is the problem that I possibly that I maby press cz from tpod when rdr goes off or something, not sure did I press it. Havent really tried to reproduce the problem, but mostly using HAD in Wild weazel campaing. Hmm. Wonder does that have some speficical radar scripting? Sry dont have anything really to share, but wanted just ask that have somebody had this problem like this? I mean does anybody else LOSE the whole = looking tdc cursor from HAD after radar shutdown during your lock? Have this very same prob. And what are those weird numbers in had display. I also get them on rdr display when that "cursor" lost happens. pretty annoying when first fly to place 45mins with tanking to loook for sams. Hotas braking stuff XD To be excact the numbers arent my prob, but the situation is JUST the same as in the picture. No TDC on active HAD sensor / display (* HAD tdc /cursor lost after locked tgt with had and radar offline etc) -

hmm. i have now played this, second time in my life (the campaign). In my first time I played the campaign, I hit the targets after big crying and hitting my head on the wall. Now second time playing the campaing trough, about 6 months later or more->i hit the targets (i can see f5 view buildings going down... :P) and miss miss miss first three ones , and always only fourth one "you hit the target". Missing though does not trigger fail anymore - should it? Hope not, as it was annoying as hell , but should it do that? Beacause I was confused in f5 view looking bomb falling, I thought "yes first down" then went a while "you missed the first target" but no failed mission (?). second one same thing etcetc. Are the triggers ok or am i really somehow missing those buildings, afterall as pretty much everything behind me is exploding and. Have somebody played this for a moment, and if so have you hit first three targets? Maby its wrong building I dunno. Is Auto drop mode ok in hornet as we know? Anyways, seemed confusing to me when it did not stop the mission /fail message after fisrt miss. Or is there simple answer -> has failing from miss, just been taken away and msn continues after miss from now on? Hope the last one XD Though that would mean that I NEED to play that whole thingamob once again, just to miss those targets XD But yes it was hard at the first time, but now im confused. IMO I hit those correct buildings since 1st. Dang gotta be not resetting missions to get track

Both versions pretty much degraded performance. MT version was long not working in my old computer. Couple patches back it suddenly worked "yes wooow what an performance". then came hotfix, yes now i got even IR picture in my A-10A! the hotfix of a hotfix or what ever the latest was -> back to non working mt (huge stuttering in graphics _when changing the views_ (i bet this is the one that keeps ppl annoyed). There is no graphic setting that would differ this. I think even the graphics have gone suddenly more or less "mosaic" dunno why, but clearly there has been somekind of a downgrade in performance, that was already there. What did you remove? Its hard to explain - well my friend said that "like you was playing that old st version and had its performance now but with the mt version". But hope you find whats going on.. OFC it can be that my computer is just getting too old for this stuff, but still, it was (DCS about week or two ago) 10+/10 (outcluding IR missing / bad picture in some pod / mavs / planes) but what comes to performance. I even put v-sync on believe it or not. Now its way back off.

oh yeah sorry. typo and sry for bad english. Im Finnish. Thats true. Gotta remember, this GTX 960 4gb was top of the line the time I bought it. Was not cheap also back then. It is still fast for some calcs. OFC 1080p optimized more or less, but can still do things if code is good.

Hmm. Weird. Seems that with big resolution + new gpu + cpu ppl seems to put all filters off etc. For me my gtx 960 ti 4gb + i5 haswell (3,9ghz) + 20gb ddr3 = high settings but clouds = ultra; shadows flat; water medium. MSAAx2 + ssao + ssrl on. steady 30fps (dont laugh its better than with 2.8 same settings were about 14-15 fps :D) (yes I NEED atleast new GPU). Still. Seems that DCS is pretty good with running gpu itself? I have wondered should I just put that msaa off and try fxaa from nvidia itself. But I have BIG difference with msaa off vs msaa x2 NOT to mention msaa x4 (but that is totally no go with fps). Also noticed that maby the biggest influence nowdays with my old warshorse computer, is the draw distance. +5fps when dropped from ultra to high. But yeah, these are only my experiences with ~10 year old gaming computer, with updated gpu (though old , but not as old the computer itself) Oh. And my SSD is normal SATA 3 EDIT: Running OFC 2d + full hd (1980x1080) EDIT: Wow! Now tried without msaa (or taa)-> 89fps over +100% fps. This happens only with MT version Really recommend trying different settings with weird myriad Seems that MT version really kicks my cpu very much nicer, and it still has power if needed.

This worked thanks! Now, atleast with ccip (did not try anything else yet) had to just change the fuse to airbursting one (the one which has a selection for height in msn editor) and then when I choose VT1 it was actually even already at 1500ft. Did not have to change anything. Dropped randomly and the can opened nicely. Just a side note: In which case I would use EFUZE with clusters? None?

Yeah. And I totally dont understand why ED just cant TELL here how fusing is correlated with user interface. In wags video many things are just assumed. Also what is "plugged"? That wags seems to also think everybody to know, heey "maby i will just use plugged everywhere here.." umm plugged? This is not bug reporting every time. To be honest, sometimes I even am afraid to ask things in forums, in fear that ED comes and thumbs my topic or I get some nerdrage into me. I dont even know what fuze modes to select in hornet with default GBU. Do I select inst or delay? What is the difference with those selections in HN sms page and in mission editor? And when / if I use mission editors triggers-> how do I corralate that with my selections in hornets display before dropping the bomb. F-16 was maby littlebit weird selection anyways for that vid, but thats ofc another case. (as in f-16 pretty much I never thumble with fuzing :P)

So, does this mean that with cbu99 in hornet, I choose the fuse that has burst altitude setting (in mission editor/payload settings). And then in flight I choose MFUZE to VT1 and put it in same altitude with HT setting. EFUZE to OFF(?). And thats how the can should open in height that has been chosen?

Does your can open with VT1? Mine doesnt. It though also does not open with VT2, nor any other setting Am I doing something wrong?

Hmm. Some update gave new fuzing options. Normally the ingame tutorial would tell to use VT2 to set the height. OK. Now I need to press VT1 to set the height. (and then ofc there is EFUZE: INST, dealyed1, delayed2.) I can set the height with that VT1 ok, but why my can does not open under any setting? Is this still broke? Has somebody tried cbu99´s lately?

Saw that on grinellis original mod also for now, with other "tuneups" (its that user files download where there should be specs of nightstorms original aimd msl etc and radar, but with original cockpit setup. I noticed immediatly that the radar is, well just like F-15C radar. No more planes on 160nm s I totally wait for somebody just to update those weapons, atleast aimd´s and radar. (could the change have came with fc3 planes upgrade? that is what i have been thinkin..) But su-30sm modern missiles works nice, Gripens JF-17 version Meteor works nice. Hope content makers would share more their msl configs, as clearly there is in use more modern missiles, that I can download or find. Is there any discord channel about these f-22 thingamobs?but yeah truly hope somebody who knows how, upgrade also f-22´s missiles as clearly, atleast meteor and newer russian / indian missiles work. Oh yeah, and if remember correctly also eurofighters... -

This campaing seems nice. I actually more or less learned to fly hornet with badgers campaigns, there has been before very nice learning curve, as there are those "designers notes" etc. In here I immediatly had feeling that I am more or less in the same learning curve. Have good feeling after 3 missions. No crying, no cursing. Seems nice, and totally worth the money, at least until this point nice one again Badger! -

Yeah, I actually noticed that while testing. That was not working some time ago (or then I just did not do it right back then) from ufc menu if I hadnt enabled it for myself in msn editor (and that is actually where my question rised its ugly head.. ) . But now it seems it does. Good to know that 2 is enough, I somehow thought that getting as much planes in list as possible would be more accurate, but ofc thats in this case (in missions of WWinsyria) pretty much enough anyways, as flown in pair anyways most of the times. But yeah thanks! -
This is a known bug? ( atleast accoriding to Wags... it is) (MT version graphics freezing, I will be more exact later..) I have almost samekind of computer, though my GPU is even more older, though not very much. GTX 960 4gb+20gigs of ddr3+i5 4960k haswell OC. Wags said, was it in Mover & Gonky show or something (doesnt matter here, the source was legit as he said that himself). "With some, especially older, pc setups we still have some problems with MT version, like that freezing picture when chainging view, but we are working on it!". For me example everything seems very nice and smooth as long as I put LOD so little as i can but still as soon as in picture comes another airplanes, static objects what ever (like jumping from cockpit to outside view in the airfield) -> Graphs jam. They always go-on when waiting for a while. Same problem even in the cockpit, only way that is playable (MT version) for me is if I dont change my view to look outside (keep staring front ;D) so that is pretty much unplayable for me. Thats sad, as when it runs smootly it runs very smoothly. I had before 2.9 version constant 20-30 fps with high settings + flat shadows + 16x anistrophic, msaax2, ssao srss off. Even worser sometimes, but as I will not have money for new gpu for YEARS (its complicated another story) i was truly surprised how much even ST version fps has gotten up, and still things look much better also. But MT version that "boost" is even better, and it looks better in many ways (btw playing only 2d 1080p). With MT version i get ~30fps WHEN it is not freezing. But thats my experience of this, and I also wanted to ask is this the same prob that is a known bug... And oh, in MT version its same freezing when changing view. No matter what are the settings it will reply. But yeah NP i play ST version as long as needed. I would not be amazed if it would never get better. Anyways i have to buy soon new cpu as my cpu is not supported by windows 11 (which is laugable apple style of "just buy a new computer to run our system". Just for interest does somebodey who has this problem use win 11? Just wondering are those problems "in some pc-setups" older pc´s specially? Those one which do not run win 11? Didnt the lack of support for older machines in win 11 had something to do with multithreading also?

How do I select that first fixpoint before flyover, as there is fx1 in the attack zone elswhere, later in the track. I know how to select those fx1, 2, 3 etcetc but in this convoy mission first flyover is over fxXXXX (fx+airfield code was it fxUG5L or something, well it does not matter here, as my question is how do i select that airfield named fixpoint as inu fixpoint (as they are chosen before flyover fix or skval fixing the INU..?

Hmm. If and when I open msn editor in any mission, TDOA is by default disabled from you and yourwingman when looking your own airplane (that is found where you can cross group weapons, radios and thingaboms etcetc) and from my wingman disabled also. BUT when i look at the wingmans plane itself by clicking it -> that is tdoa crossed. Is someone else master here in these missions or does that only mean that AI is "ready" for TDOA _IF_ I put it on trough my own airplane / grouop settings. The big question is, what is the difference of crossing/enabling tdoa from mision editor from AI plane vs crossing tdoa on to wingman / AI in the group? I playead campaing trough so that I always made whole group tdoa enabled from my airplane settings and all the ai´s also (ofc this can also be done trough ufc during flight, atleast disabling TDOA from my dlink group. (havent found a way to enable it during flight from my ufc IF NOT enabled in msn editor first. THOUGH I can disable TDOA trough UFC if its enabled in msn editor. dunno should that be like that but all the same for me. I just would like to know what is the meaning of every ai tdoa enabled when clicking ai plane itself an looking those settings plane by plane. Is it just "possible to use tdoa if somebody will be master" thingamob? sry for my rally wrc english as I am Finnish. The campaing itself is just super. Maby some AA action more would be nice, maby trough selection at startup or something? that would be cool to shoot ka-50´s down same time when weazeling trough deserts. Race was fine and road was a slippery. -
Anybody has clue why datalink pod is carried in chemical ally mission (msn 11) that low flying bombrun msn. Do I break the mission if I dont have it. Would be nice to know as i dont have any clue how it works (besides guiding slams).
