back on topic yes I would like more trees for KA to hide in, I also remember GUNSHIP! but the graphics then were slightly easier, Ie the trees were like 2 flat images in a cross. effective then but with the comps now it would look very bad.

If you stay completely behind a bush you cant see them so its pointless firing at all. I have been killed many times at long distance by ai that can zero in on a single shot from a long distance with an ak on iron sights and i can only just hit him with a as50.

you can get a pci3 but it will only run to the pci 2 speeds till u get a new mobo..

when u go into instant action make sure u click the p51 tab at the top

It would be nice to have separate reticules for each weapon system. I took a look through the tga files and it seems that many if them are used for several weapons. Each weapon system should have its own reticle. not if they use the same sight..

if you are running multi screen untick the turn off aero box in options

Why would you want to. DCS world will have CA which when running will allow you to swap between modes on the fly. you will be able to play as jtac then jump in a tank to assault an objective then into an A10 to repel a counter attack.

I am running win 7 64 on a quad core 2.50 intel and it was a deffo improvement over vista, you might consider a ssd drive instead of more ram, although it wont make much diff to your dcs it will speed up the op sys.

did you hear him at about 2.45 when he says what was that and the other guy says brass. the chopper is dropping spent cases on them...

if the prices had been any higher I sure wouldn't have bought all the modules that I have I would prob have FC2 & A10 and thats all. instead I have FC2,A10,BS1 & 2, P51. I think the pricing is about right but as everyone knows prices only go up..

I have had Tir since Version 2, in the early days it was really hard to get it right. now I have my good old Tir3 running on Tir5 software works like a dream, I think it was £80 well spent for the years I have had it. works on loads of games from ArmA to DCS.

sounds can be affected by a lot of things. sound card settings, the card itself, speakers, your or my ears. afaik this aircraft has a packard merlin fitted which is different to a RR merlin, which is different to a griffon. all of these had blown non blown versions. if it sounds wrong to you and it is a recording of the real thing then it just sounds wrong to you. if they (FIX) it for you then it will probably sound wrong to me or someone else. BTW it sounds fine to me.

one other thing about trim if you have your rudder axis reversed, give it left trim not right..:joystick:

thats interesting tom as I have my a10 monitor config working and a res of 1680x2070, it shows the normal screen upto loading game then the adjusted res with the pic centered between the screens, obviously I cant try a10 but the monitor setup seems to be active. Are you using your monitor setup lua file ?.. I just copied mine from a10 to world and all seems fine so far..
