I'm sure 3rd parties will riff on the SFM. But one thing I can tell you, I refuse to go back to scripted landings, no matter how advanced the avionics or sweet the ride.

I wouldn't to be honest. Likely to have center play and accurate response issue-unless it's from a community regular who can vouch for it. Save up and go for the gold.

Hi Daze. Do you mean the Warthog? If so yes-great stick. If you are referring to the old F-16 TM Cougar, it depends. Modded, it is a great stick-IMHO better than the WH in terms of feel. I've had one since release and love it. Stock, it is not as precise as newer sticks and can develop center play and other problems. I just sold a modded one and have to say it is a quality product. Great metal feel, no centers play and extreme precision with über next and hall mods. Expensive though, about the price of a new WH. If you can swing it financially, go for the WH or other mid to high end offerings based on reviews here. Note the WH is obviously great for the A10, but I also love it for everything else. Edit: Sniped in the gonads.
