I’m a beginning 3D texture artist and will be using Photoshop w/ Nvidia plugin. I would like to edit the textures of the new amazing A-10C cockpit to give it a nicely weathered look, like Ricardo’s HD “Horse of War” mod. My 1st question is where are the image files I would edit in Photoshop, and are there any good tutorials out there for beginners? Thanks!

Devrim, I meant the very top edge of the instrument panel. It is supposed the be a grey color. Not really a big deal. Now that DCS has released the remodeled A-10C cockpit, which looks amazing, I would like myself to dive in and give weathering the cockpit textures a try. I have never done this and am by no means an artist, so this will be a huge undertaking. Which program is best for doing this?

Great job with the updates Devrim. I know ED is going to release a significant cockpit geometry/art update for the A-10C. With all the simultaneous projects ED is working on (Hornet/Viper), this could be a long. Would you be able to release another update with the correct grey color over the top of the instrument panel? If you could, that would be absolutely amazing. Thanks!

I ran another test this morning, worked perfectly, 6 AGM-65D's, all hit their targets. The only difference between yesterday and today is yesterday was in a multiplayer server (104th).

Tried this twice today, First time solid locks using the AGM-65D x's 4. Good locks, not one hit their targets. Again with the AGM-65K, same thing.

Negative, they stated Wednesday(Today) per their weekend news. Should be just a few hours out :)

Although ED stated the Viper production wouldn’t hamper further updates to the Hornet, there has suspiciously been almost 2 months without hornet updates since they ramped up the viper release.

Anyone using deadzone/curve settings with the Virgil base in DCS? I see quite a few people using them, like Spudknocker. Spudknocker uses a deadzone of 6 and curves of 18 on all axis. I tried it out, and flying the F-14 went from flying a maneuverable fighter jet to flying a loaded for bear refrigerator or school bus. I’m looking for realism. Are these curves and axis settings the key to accurate and realistic handling charcteristics?

I’m going to assume, based on their complexities, the ATFLIR pod and ground radar will be the two final projects for the F/A-18C.

Is SLI available in DCS now?

After joining a server, a get a dark screen. Thinking it was temporary, I left my pc as is waiting for it to load. I returned after 30 minutes to find the screen still dark. Any ideas?

2 questions: 1: Was the F-14B released with any campaigns? 2: Is the only way to listen to the Meteor soundtrack to press Shift+m in the cockpit, or is their an alternative method to listening to these awesome songs?

Does anyone have a chart of the default Thrustmaster HOTAS controller settings?

I can only imagine the difficulty and head scratching involved in creating AI logic (Jester) to utilize the LANTIRN pod to search/slew, acquire, designate, and engage targets.

Will the lantirn pod becoming out Wednesday with the early release?

Are either of these coming out March 13 as well?

I am slightly confused, however if I am understanding you correctly, all paper pages up to and including the first tab and 5x8, however for the remainder of the manual (After the 1st tab), all pages are 4.5x8, except all the tabs, which remain at 5x8? A few more questions: (1) Would you recommend a custom print shop to do the job (2) How do you shape/cut the tabs themselves? Thanks!
