Just re-installed the Quest link software and now it's working again. Edit: It's working, but now I can't get ANY AUDIO to the quest . . . Edit 2: ONCE AGAIN, STUCK ON THE LOGO!

I had things working for a few days but now I again am getting stuck at the Meta logo when connecting via quest link. What an unbelievably frustrating piece of software. Unacceptably bad.

5090 vs 4090 in VR - what's the performance improvement?

the VR zoom binds could really use some attention and could be improved. I would like to be able to zoom in a much smaller amount than the 'toggle vr zoom' bind, let alone the crazy spyglass zoom.

Personally could not bring myself to consider the Meganex for a few reasons, aside from the price. It's their first real consumer hmd and has no refund/return policy. Overlap in the Beyond 2, according to the WIMFOV results I've been looking at, is average among modern HMDs. Bigger than the Quest 3's and much bigger than the Aero, which has really poor overlap. I often feel like my Aero is 2.5D and it's just a big TV hanging off the front of my head.

You previously reported a 11-15% increase in performance. This video is showing something closer to 25-30% more performance. Way bigger gains..

don't put too much stock in what you see from MSFS 2024 benchmarks, that game engine is absolutely horrible I'm confident the bit width and memory bandwidth of the 5090 will translate to very substantial improvements in dcs.

I'm going to encourage Tensorial_Architect to post some proof that all of these 'tests' are not fabricated. Others are reporting 5090 does not work at all with Pimax and Varjo headsets. So I'm not going to accept this as anything other than attention seeking forum trolling unless provided some demonstration that you are actually using a 5090 with these devices.

I'm on 5800X3D 4090 Aero at the moment, really glad to see your strong results from the upgrade. these bar graph results are from a 'stress test' scenario yeah? do you get 90 FPS most of the time in typical multiplayer servers?
