We also got two airshows coming up. Try out Pimax headsets at the Avalon Airshow in Australia (March 25 to 30), and at Sun N Fun in Miami, US (April 1 to 6). ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ GPU compatibility (Nvidia RTX 50 Series and AMD 9070) While the Nvidia RTX 50 Series now works well (as mentioned in our previous update), some users with the AMD Radeon RX 9070 and AMD RX 9070 XT are experiencing issues. We are working with the AMD team to address these issues. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Smart smoothing We are aware that some users face compatibility issues in some games with Smart Smoothing. We are working on getting it fixed, but what would be helpful is to receive Pimax Play logs from when an error has occurred.   2. No, I’d suggest performing a clean reinstallation of Pimax Play.   3. How was the performance? Notice any differences?
  4. With "Active Chaperone" turned off, does the boundary still appear?
  5. Have you tried reinstalling version 1.38? What error did you encounter when launching the game? I just tested it on my end, and everything seems to be working fine.
  6. While installing the 1.38v, please check the Task Manager and search for "Pi." Then, end any tasks related to it.
  7. Have you try the PimaxXR instead of the Pimax OpenXR runtime?
  8. With the latest 1.38v client, you can access these two overlays without using a controller: Pimax Quick-Menu Overlay: Press and hold the "+" volume button for 4 seconds. Navigate using head tracking. Use the volume buttons as confirmation keys. SteamVR Overlay: Press and hold the headset volume "-" button for 4 seconds to bring up the Steam quick menu. Navigate using head tracking. The volume buttons also act as confirmation keys. Exiting the Quick Menu: Press the volume key when the crosshair moves beyond the menu to exit. In its current state, the audio indicator pops up when using it as a clicker.

  16. Hey @T24_Martin We've tried to replicate the issue, but haven't been able to reproduce it. I’ll report this to the DCS QA team to see if they have any insights.
  17. @Peedee You might need to file a support ticket, and our tech team will assist you with the USB troubleshooting.
  18. Let me check with the QA team to find out when the next patch will be released to address this issue. I've received a few reports that the 90Hz upscale is still not working properly. Have you tried to reseat the DP cable (at the headset's end)

  20. If you encounter the "Not Tracked" message, simply move the headset around, and it should return to normal. Regarding the USB 3.0 issue, please check if there are any errors in the Device Manager.
  21. Hi Martin, Let me report this to the dev team. They’ll try to replicate the issue and investigate the log files to determine why the eye-tracking data is not being saved.

Regarding the boundary issue, go to Pimax Play > Device Settings > Advanced and ensure the "Activate Chaperone" option is disabled.
  23. Yes, I understand that delays can be disappointing, but we don’t want to send out the headset without addressing the issues that might affect its performance. The feedback from our beta testers will definitely help us resolve these issues and ensure the performance quality. This will help us avoid the mistakes we’ve made in the past years.
