What I did is take the carrier from the .miz file from the carrier take off instant action and make my own mission out of it. I changed a couple of the planes and deleted a couple etc but it all works fine.
Is it just me or are the runway lights really dim at night on Persian Gulf map? I can barely make out the runway lights when a couple miles out on approach. They should be much brighter.
I'm trying to make a group of AI planes spawn and fly a CAP after an ammo dump has been destroyed. I've been trying to set up a trigger for it but have never used triggers before. I am assuming this is really easy to do.
Is this something I should watch trigger tutorial videos on youtube for or would this be more a MIST or Moose thing?
In the manual it says you can hit the HUD button and it will display rwr info on the HUD like the Harrier. It doesn't seem to do anything for me. Is it not working yet or am I doing it wrong?
EW HUD OSB. Pressing this OSB 18 toggles EW information displayed to the head up
display. Using two alphanumeric identifiers and stems extending from the EW symbols on
the periphery of the HUD toward the center to better indicate relative azimuth.
What a bad idea. What the he’ll is DCS thinking? They should be doing new aircraft, preferably Russian since that’s the need. Not dumbed down aircraft we already have.
