You cannot place them on the deck this way because unlike an airfield where You can zoom in and place the stationary objects on the tarmac and taxiways, you cannot zoom down on a carryer. All you get is a symbol representing the carryer .... not the deck.

Make a mission with 5-6 planes landing on the carryer You have to let the planes land first ... just let them spawn in mid air and let them land . It can be done in a few minutes by accelerating the track ( Ctr. + A ). Make a test to see how long it takes for all planes to land ( lets say 5 min. at tripple speed ) and then set the time to spawn for your flyable to mission start + 5 min. You will then spawn on the ramp ready for takeoff with a full flight deck. Just remember to Shift+A to get back to normal speed. If all works like it should, start the mission with Ctrl.+R or "Record track ", in the menu and save it when your finished.

If you mean a computer that runs at 50+ FPS at following conditions: ( no graphic tweaks ) 1. Vis Range at max. 2. mirrors on max 3. water on max 4. Heatblur, traffic, on 5. All other settings on max max AAF, Max AA at ..... lets say at 1280X1024 on a 19" screen. Flying low over a large city with lots of missile launches, other planes and Explotions all around: Then im afraid that you still have to wait a few years :(

Actually i have been a passenger onboard a 747 landing at Kai Tak runway 13 many years ago. On a flight from Copenhagen to Tokyo via Geneva, Karachi, Bangkok, and Hong Kong and i can tell you i had the immersion that the plane would try to land on one of the flat top Buildings below. The weather was like on the video, rainy and windy, i was sitting at the window on the right side just in front of the wing and to me it looked like the Captain tryed hard to rip off some of the many TV antennas below with the wingtip. I can tell you It left an impression who lasts to this day. :D

Are you looking for squadron who flyes only Russian or only US birds ? Or do you want to fly all airframes ? I got a link under my sig to my Fansite where you can find a long list of active squadrons in the " online Squadrons " section.

I use Windows movie maker to convert the avi. file made in Vegas .. It works really well compressing 1.3 Gb. down to 60 Mb in real good quality.

It will be opened sometime soon
