Got an Opteron 146 OC'ed to 2,8 GHZ and a OC'ed Nvidia 7900gt 1280 x 1024 running with mirrors, heat blur, civ traffic everything else on max exept water on mediun ( cause i think it looks best that way, higher settings look way to glossy to me ) and Vis-range,the worst of all FPS killers, on low. I have compensated the low Vis-range by tinkering with the " optimizations" options in the LOCFG tool. I get 30 - 60 everage FPS depending on if im flying offline for myself, or more complex online missions with loads of Air and ground targets.

Can't wait to watch it.

On most servers ( if no all ) you can use the F11 wiev to toggle trough all airbases then if you get to the one where you can see your self standing on tarmac ( zoom in and look at your aircraft number if necessary ) you allso will have a nice look from abowe where to go for the runway.

You won't get repaired on the runway AFAIK but if your unable to move and you dont want to leave wreckage for others to run into you just exit and re-enter.

If your a ground pounder our squad ( VVS504 ) has 2 servers running, one for Fighters / mudmowers and one for hogs and frogs only ( now called [DC]A2G ) running 24 - 7 on Hyperlobby . Here you can smash ground units as much as you like without getting bothered by fighters. BTW. Really nice work there Ironhand :thumbup:

For those who have a worn out x 45 and dont like the twist rudder of the X 52. Would it be possible to connect the X45 throttle with the X52 stick and this way keep the rudder rockers assigned to the throttle ?

Yes its quite normal. I think the main FPS killer here is VIS range, so you have to turn off other performance breaks like Heat blur or morrors if you want to keep Vis Range on medium. Funny that there still is no system out there that can run LOMAC on full settings all the way isnt it ;)

Its a bug your dealing with i had the same problem till GetsNo told me that the B52 AI will bomb with internal load only ... So no bombs on the wing pylons and thei lay their Eggs like a string of pearls.:thumbup:

Hi flankerbanker Glad to here about another one getting infected with the LockOn virus :thumbup: Now you got ver. 1.0 you really should upgrade to Flaming Cliffs ver. 1.12 to scoop out the full potential of this Game/Sim. And be able to fly on Hyperlobby, Allso if you want to join an online squadron they all demand that you have v.1.12 installed. You can get it as a payable download or order it as LockOn Gold by Evolved Games , i think its called. But be prepared that there still are discs ( mainly first release ) who have flaws so you have to get them replaced. If your looking for online squadrons have alook at my Fanpage ( link below my sig. ) there's a long list of squadrons from all over the world.
