I'm not speaking on behalf of ED but the 9 months is if everything works out. There's always speed bumps on the road, for example if we find a bug, they fix it but it breaks another thing. So there's always a constant battle. And plus ED is not really finished with DCS: black shark either.

Just a small question we were debating over and we would like to hear from the community. Would anyone want to see a F-15D model? Now before anyone jumps up and say "hell yes", there's a few things you have to think about. 1.) The D model would be located within the skin slot so it doesn't actually affect the C model. 2.) I believe the weapon payload is still the same, so there's not a lot of difference compared to the C. 3.) I believe in as realistic as possible, so if we do add the F-15D, it would mainly be basically for show in the exterior model, we won't have the option for a RIO pilot. 4.) The main thing if we do add the D model, it would take some time. Modeling, skinning...etc. So what do you guys think?

yea I have been using it a lot. my suggestion: is it possible to add duration of the flight. For example, we start off close to the battlefield or far from the battlefield...etc.

I don't think you can do that. He is asking specifically for Black Shark, not LOFC. It works a bit differently in FC, I copied over my same settings i used in FC and got a black sky in BS. I haven't figured out how to do it yet.

the 8600 is a fairly decent card, I have it, but it you are going to upgrade, I recommend something a bit higher. like 8800 or above. But the graphics card is not the main problem, the cpu is the bottle neck. What is your cpu?

Most of the new models were made by 3rd party, so ED concentrated on the actual game itself. So someone would have to make a new Mil Mi-26 or Mi-8 that meets ED standards in order to be in the game.
