After seeing Glowing Amraam's latest video I was reminded of this mod. It's still a bit rough around the edges, though. Ingame, the mothership is available under the ship class (ET Mothership). As a ship, it doesn't fly. It will steadily hover at around 1000 ASL. It can move pretty fast. I've modeled a basic interior inside which you can fly in(I recommend helos but you do you). No pics of the interior, I'll let you explore... DOWNLOAD There are 2 variants: - "ET Mothership" = Regular spaceship - "ET Mothership Crashed" = Spaceship with a "sinking" animation (just like my sinking ships). Over the span of a hour the spaceship will slowly lose altitude and sink into the sea.

I don't think you can add a camera to a static object but you can make your tower a ground unit (fortification) and then you'll be able to add a camera. In Blender you simply add an empty, set its type to "connector" and then make sure the name of the connector matches the one you have in your lua. Your friend will need Combined Arms to use it, though. nullnull

Those trucks aren't released yet, they are planned for a future update along a few other vehicles. ------------ I'm quite busy with IRL right now and the little free time I have is dedicated to learning Substance Painter for another project I'm collaborating on. So no ETA on the updates but the mod isn't dead

It should. I noticed it can be a bit capricious with what it engages but it should definitely engage planes and helos. Sorry, I don't understand. What do you mean with "breakup on my screen". Do the lights actually interfere with your IR reflector/camera?

No, unfortunately if you don't set the AI to OFF it will just reset and the animation will play from the beginning.

Sorry for the late reply. Is this the issue you are encountering? It's because I'm using 2 different types of lights for the lightbars. One type looks great from upclose but doesn't render properly at a distance, the other type looks crappy but is visible from afar. I guess I can tune it so the transition happens a bit sooner but it's never going to be perfect unfortunately I'm not sure I understand correctly but AFAIK, no, I can't do that. What's land and what's water is part of the map properties and I can't create an object that would be recognised as land or water by the game. I might be wrong, if you know a mod that does this, let me know and I'll look into it. I haven't figured out a way to start the animation a given point but you can use these liveries in conjunction with some trigger rules to freeze the animation at a certain point. Do note that this will completely freeze the animation. Place the liveries in the mod folder or with your other liveries in saved games. Sinking Ships Liveries.zip In the mission editor, select the sinking animation livery Then add a new trigger rule to turn off the AI of the sinking ship. "Group AI OFF" or "Unit AI OFF" will work. When you start the mission the animation of the sinking ship will be frozen in place You can tweak at which point of the animation you want it to be freezed by editing the "custom_args" value in the description.lua contained in each livery folder livery = { } name = "Sinking Animation" custom_args = { [13] = 0.9, } 0.0 would be the very beginning of the animation, 1.0 the end.
