  1. Hey guys I've been gone for some military stuff for a little while now (close to a year) and want to get back in the game... my version was 1106 and I see there is 1108 now... I'm downloading the torrent for it, but I want to keep my kb settings that I had from 1106... is there anyway I can do this? I actually want to keep the graphic/audio and all that godd stuff too... is this possible? thanks!!!
  2. it's within degrees. you should just be on the edge. I guess it would be steady or beeping, depending on your flight capabilities. in a sim, I don't mind if it's beeping. :D
  3. interesting... might be worth an investment.
  4. when you are making a tight turn, you want it to be at a max AoA. so when you want to make a tight turn, keep the sound beeping. this means you are maxing out that turn. anything more, you will stall
  5. I wonder how much it'll add to the immersion, realism? Would be awesome to get a feel of the 30mm shooting (yes I know, it won't be anythign like it, but still a rumble on your seat lol) would be cool on FPS and racing games as well... whatcya guys think?
  6. you mapped them from the game right? not the Saitek software...
  7. I will most likely be using this for my Saitek if I decide to get it this week! just to confirm, this works with the pro as well right?
  8. how do you use the track clip pro without a headset? I don't use a headset to fly... can that attach to a hat too? or just go on the side of your face or something?
  9. yeah I thought about that too. how is that throttle/joystick combo? and yes I asked about the X52 Pro MFDs... and the mag mod everyone talks about? I messed aruond with a X52 once. the spring to center was SO weak that if I blew hard on the joystick, I would move it with just my exhale... lol
  10. what is this 'mag' mod people talk about?
  11. I think i'm gonna settle for a X52 Pro... they got some on amazon with prime shipping for only 123 bucks. does DCS support the MFD on the pro for the A10?
  12. ahh thanks for moving it. It is HOTAS, that's true... I meant mimicing the A10 close as possible. does the X52 Pro work well with the A10 sim? does the 'mfd' thingy work with the A10? I also looked at the G940. that looks nice as well... I honestly don't care about the rudder though. the X52 has the pivoting stick so that's sufficient.
  13. What are my other options for a HOTAS setup that's not over 400 dollars? X52 pro is the only one I can think of around 150, but is that really a HOTAS? (not really) I like those MFDs too, those are affordable as well at least
  14. I bet you'll never do a ferry flight from your home town airport to the home airbase, and shoot a missile or two on the way :D
  15. What's the thrust to weight ratio on this thing?
