Seems that when ever i have selected a target weather being air to air, air to ground modes and after firing the weapon of choice, the target box wont disappear from the hud stays there. I did managed to make it disappear by selecting different modes etc but couldnt remember the seq i did it

actually using vr is alot easier since i had so much trouble would take forever ever to connect, now usually now i can connect on 2 attempts even at night which is more of a challenge

had this myself when i first started the gui would flash for a sec than quit all i had to do was to delete the saved lib game in your saved games under dcs folder -

ok i just downloaded it and it said in red letters deck crew req for the mission to work when i clicked on the mission. had no issues since i have the mod ps have you got the steam version or the standalone version, since maybe if you got the steam version it may be the reeasion its not working for you -

yep those bright red blobs of red lights i gather are from the tower which makes it even harder now i just focus on my ils making sure i put the cross in the retical till i can see the carrier lights -
same here no more than 15 minutes

agree with the above vr is so much easier with aar and landing and even better in dog fighting with another aircraft

No if you installed it as per intructions it should work, do you see the usn deck crew under cant remember now in the me under deck crew or something similair(Under static objects) you should see option blue shirts and yellow shirts etc for the deck crew placements on deck i got it in c: /user/user/saved games/mods/tech/us navy equipment ps its called now us navy deck equipment not usn deck crew as it was before -

No need to do this if the helo is there at the carrier when he returns from his mission than he has set it right. whether his flight is 20 minutes or 2 hours -
had similiar issues, but since switching to vr made it so much easler for me any way

When i task my ai aircraft for sequencing launch eg awacs and tanker will launch first, followed by eg patrol 1 than followed by my flight iam unable to launch, crew ignores me and i tried requesting launch from menu,and the other ai wont taxi they just sit there with there engines running. Also when i taxi usually my wing men will follow but not now. The strange thing is if i delete my flight and start it from the air everything works the ai aircraft on the deck will taxi and take off but when i place my flight back on deck nothing works.this is the link that i had followed placing the triggers etc EDIT i just tried with the normal carrier steniss same issues as soon as i place my aircraft on deck nothing works with the ai aircraft they dont move or anything, after further testing found out if my aircraft is on deck and have other a1 aircraft with either late activation or some sort of trigger that dont move, if they dont have any sort of triggers or dont have late activation tick they will move?

works for me. just tested it did 3 take off/landings and request launch no issues -
quite easy simply add the hornets 1 or 8 or even more set take off from ramp, or runway make sure you set it as not as player, set your waypoints and make the last way point land at the carrier

also cat 4 is slightly angled towards cats 3 launch as well

On the grnd if ground crew dont want to fill ext tanks they press thinks its called the fuel pressure valve, any way it pops up and prevent the tank from filling, if you want the tank to fill you push it back in

yep got same issue, tried about everything, master arm off, air to ground off, back to way point etc
