Looking for image quality, and fluid and low latency head movement in the cockpit. The G2 sounds interesting without that awful screen effect .... my only experience of VR is with the Oculus Rift pre-production model in 2015 - and the screen door effect was very noticeable.

I hadn’t realised that campaigns were single player only. Why is that and why can’t the engine implement campaign MP?

Hi - I have a new Logitech X52 and have installed the units software but am havinbg huge problems trying to get DCS to recognise the mini joystick button on the left throttle stick for slewing the radar cursor around. What's the best, simplest way of doing this please? Whenever I try to assign the button in control settings it won't see the ministick when I select it? I would also be grateful for any simple tips to load a proile to get all this going for the F18. Many thanks. I used to be able to do all this stuff for other sims but am at a bit of a loss here.

Ah - got it working! renamed all the folders :)

No joy either here re-naming the versions no longer in use... It's almost as if there has been a random keystroke command preventing the launcher from going fully full screen ... ? Maybe that is the reason but I don't know what that could be...

Just got a new joystick after a decad or so away from flight sims properly and need some help / advice please :) I have the Saitek X52 Pro throttle and stick and it's fine for me. But I am having real problems figuring out what functions mean in the controls menu etc... For example, how do I switch A-A, A-G etc... and how do I move the A-A cursors in the MFD to slew to a radar object and lock it up? Been a while and I feel a complete newbie. Is there a profile for the X-52 system which will have all those functions assigned?
