Just wanted to pass on my appreciation to the developers for the AV8B - a superb piece of work and thoroughly enjoyable to fly. Never did I think a cold start up on a carrier at night be so enjoyable. I only lost 18 Harriers to the sea before successfully managing a take-off. Brilliant fun.

Last AMD card I had was the ATI 9700 Pro ... got fed up with the lack of driver updates then so switched to nVidia in 2004 ... been with them ever since. Driver updates always been pretty good.

Yes, I read about that ... problem is there will be delays for those too? I just ordered a 5900X / 32GB RAM / 3090RTX / 2TB M.2 drive ... and won't get it for another few weeks because of stock. Oh, and no sign whatsoever of G2s on the horizon either.

This is driving me nuts: whatever I do I cannot load this joystick profile in the config screen for the X52Pro. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3302839/ No files get loaded. What am I doing wrong?

Yes, the card will remain the limiting factor but the rest of the system will FLY! The nVME will make a big difference by reducing the stutters - also hugely helped by the RAM increase.

Hi, I have a problem with my current triple screen setup (the rig that is contained in my signature). When I pan around the cockpit, the two side screens are very lagging and are not keeping up with the rate of panning of the middle screen. FPS seems good overall at around 60fps in free flight so it is not a frame-rate issue. I'm using nVidia surround. and 460 drivers (the latest nVidia drivers have broken surround for me). Running at 5760 x 1080 resolution.

Thanks for all the advice: I use the standalone version of DCS: World - but have Steam for other games. Can I still use the G2 with DCS then without the Steam version of DCS?

Hi - apologies if I have missed this ... but anyone have DCS performance figures for the HP Reverb G2 / a 5900X (or rough equivalent) / 32GB RAM and a 3090GTX?
