Well guys I have good news and bad news. The good news is Episode 2 is done. The bad news is i cant upload it until i get home tonight.:mad: So thank you to all those who are watching the series I promise ive come a long way in this film making buisness and this episode is better , in my oppinion episode 3 will be even better and ill will get better at this as we go. so please bare with me guys. I think its important to say that each episode will tell the story of the seal team, and then the next episode will tell the story of the F14 pilot. hey poko , just want to start by sayin ive seen your work and i love your movies as well as GA. But ive started making a movie series just as you mentioned above and I need help with voice, actors, pilots etc. ... because i can only do so much by myself. take a look at my first episode in the "screenshots and movies" section and see what you think bud. I would like GA to consider working with me as well I think with such great film makers like yall we can really take lockon movies to the next level. I understand if you want do the solo thing its understandable but dont hesitate to give me a buzz.:thumbup:

Im sure you all know of me by now but none have seen the movie I have been working hard on to release very soon now. I have a trailer at patricks aviation that will give you a taste of what is to come. I plan to make a mini series of movies with this title that will take you right to the edge of your seat. ty , rugg . thats basically what i needed to know or if its not too much trouble if someone could give me a rundown ... or something like a template of the settings they use for ensuring that my movie will be as small as it can be without sacrificing too much quality.

uhh yea, i think ill skip the formalities we all know each other here :D I have sony Vegas and when i render my movie its estimated to be 8 megs but when it renders its more like 16 meg. What settings are the best for the constant battle for quality and size here? thanx in advance Tex

I do have one question for those who have flown this chopper already. Are the throttle and collective seperatly modelled in the game? Im not even sure how to ask this question considering im not familiar with the systems on the KA-50 so go easy on me guys:noexpression: . I know for a fact that on some helos the throttle and the collective are seperate. Meaning if you pull the collective you could stall because you havent matched the collective with enough throttle yet. If anyone could enlighten me as to how this will work in BS it would be greatly appreciated. I was hoping this helo would have an auto throttle feature that matches the collective so this does not occur. TEX

I totally agree dude but ive put my foot in my mouth in these forums so many times by speaking on things that i know little about so much that I can taste dirt. I know what i want to say and you basically said it but the problem is ED , despite what their consumers will compromise on, will not make these aircraft flyable without all the info they claim they need. Well thats cool. GG, Brit, SK sorry for the heated debate yesterday but i had to voice my opinion and once again your right. You always have been because you guys know more about this stuff than me. But no matter how you twist it A LOT of people feel exactly the way I do. True, the average flight sim community is very fickle. And tommorrow they will want a dynamic campaign and the stealth bomber but success will come to the developers who give the community what they want. I consider ED very lucky to have such loyal fans that will bend and compromise on the accuracy of an aircraft that they want so badly. I think the poll speaks for itself but hey what can you do? Your hands are tied right. Maybe a game maker out there with untied hands will cut through the red tape that you cant see past and give the community what they want and more. SK you said that caring is a two way street and that ED cares about finding manuals , that being something the community didnt care about. Well we as a community do care its shows in our ideas and financial support of this game every time we pay for another ED product or download another patch or post another thread about the well being of this game that you claim is annoying and incessant. Well if ED doesnt start caring about the F18 , and F14 , and "What aircraft would you like to see in Lomac" polls that keep coming up week after week they will be looking for more than Tac manuals....... they will be looking for the english speaking community that used to be annoying to them.:noexpression:

hehe ... funny thing is if ED has this info that im so wrong about, then why is the F15C still not modeled correctly avionics wise? You need to ask around before you misuse the "W" word its well known that a considerable amount of guess work went into the F15 in this game.:thumbup:

TY GG I was waiting for you to say that .... the key word you said was "as much data as possible". Does ED really think its possible to attain all the classified avionics data for the bug? And furthermore exactly how much tactical data does ED have for the F15C's avionics that they have already modeled in the game? I love this type of reply. You guys must have a list of tactics somewhere. :joystick: ---------- distraction from the real issue is such an effective tactical weapon against those who dont know any better. BTW- , and I think this is a compliment on the devs on my part, I think ED's best guess for a Hornet in this simulation would be a huge success considering that the very guess work they claim they will not do for the F18 has already been done for the F15C. Makes me wonder why they tell our country it must sacrifice its national security by declassifying documents deemed sensitive enough to compromise the safety of the same people who protect us to even consider building a flight sim with one F18 hornet. No, I think ED is smarter than that. I remember one time I asked my mom when we were going to be rich enough to buy a mansion. Her reply was "when we win the lottery". At the time I consumed myself with the fact that we had to win the lottery to be rich enough to get what i wanted but in my haste I over looked a very important fact. I had a 1 in a million chance of winning in other words this was my moms way of saying never. In our haste as a community we over look what ED is really telling us "Unofficially". Well Unoffically we have a better chance of winning the lottery people ...... wonder why?:noexpression:
