  1. Hello everybody; I recently had to re-install A-10 again (hard drive crashed):( This time I Installed the sim through DCS world. Unfortunately when the main screen renders itself, the picture in the cockpit is not centered. The center of the cockpit is locating itself at the 1/3rd mark on the screen. How do I locate the cockpit render properly. The pic attached shows a screen shot with the views at the default. I have been buggering around with this for a few weeks and keep getting back to the same conclusion, Hopefully it's something simple. BTW I am running 3 x 30 inch monitors on a Matrox TH2Go analog edition on one of the pair of gtx275's , the other video card is running the Helios on a 4th monitor Attached is the config for monitors Any help would be greatly appreciated Randy
  2. Wow that looks nice DireWolf5 you are quite talented with SolidWorks If your final looks 1/2 as good as your renders your pit will be spectactular Randy
  3. I am running 3 screen at 1080 with an analog th2go, connected to First of two GTX275's connected in SLI. The 4th screen is running off the second of two without any problems .Did have to up my ram on the mother board tho (18gig triple channel) to get decrease the amount of the micro stutters .Unfortunately I can't tell you about the effect IRIS would have on it. I am sure with the higher rated video cards you will have no problems Randy
  4. That picture almost made me destroy my keyboard with drool Randy
  5. I just stuck some Velcro to my table and matched it with the position I wanted my controller to sit. With some Patience It can be removed at a later date without marring the finish on your desk Randy
  6. Boltz I do use the hud mode ,only occasionally but do like the spatial awareness that you get when you are moving your head around with Track IR and have the canopy's visual limits around you Thanks for the suggestion tho. Randy r
  7. Can you turn off all guages? I have been able to export the mfd's rwr and the counter measures with the aid of Helios and the help from other members on this site. I was wondering if there is a way to turn off the gauges in the virtual cockpit . I already have them working on my 4th screen of "T" shaped monitor set up. I was able to turn off the mfd's in the cockpit, and that did increase the frame rates a little I was hoping for more by disabling the redundant gauge Randy
  8. Looks very, Very Nice so far, thanks for sharing Randy
  9. I think you have a very clean neet style of cockpit building ,would like to see more as it progresses. Oh, I like your screen saver B.T.W. Here is a pic that I a m using for my screen saver
  10. Such a shame:no_sad:...would be nice if the switch panels were multi-sim compatible Randy
  11. Ghost, I love the neatness of your setup. Are those switch panels compatible with the warthog? I would like to try the landing gear panel with what I have already.. if the gear lights would work to match the warthogs Randy
  12. Deadman; I just found this link for a virtual tour of the A10's cockpit. Unfortunately it is not for the A10c, but could be very nice to use as a guide for some of the instruments that carried over from the first model http://www.nmusafvirtualtour.com/media/072/A-10A%20Cockpit.html Randy
  13. I am working with a tir ,4 you may have a different outcome. In the curve editor for axis (Z),change your shift entire curve down so that at position (0) your value is (2) good luck Randy

  15. I seem to be having problems accessing the communications menu, I can call up the comms menu but cant get any of the sub pull down menu's to open without using the F1 to F12 buttons .I wave my mouse cursor over any of the sub menu's, click my mouse (over that) and nothing happens . Is there a binding I may be missing for the mouse click to be recognized? I have no bindings listed for the mouse in the (Options /Controls) menu at the start up .I am able to mouse click all items in the cockpit ,radios MFD's etc,, I am using a Thrustmaster Warthog unit and may have messed up the button bindings One thing I did notice while watching the youtube tutorials on refueling was that the cursor showing on my screen is an "X" and not an arrow as I drag it around the screen, if that means anything. Any incite would be appreciated Randy
  16. At my work, we cover the stainless steel to be laser cut with a non reflective plastic film to cut down on the reflectivity. It is how we cut reflective material and the laser just burns through both materials. Randy
