My track clip pro was also broken out of the box, I just taped it together with insulation tape and it works fine.

The X52 is small enough. The stick itself isn't thick and you can adjust the hand rest for smaller hands. I've had a 10 year old use my X52 pro without any problems...

They only do it to increase the difficulty and they have to make do with what they've got. The role of the A-10 will change a lot when DCS: Fast Jet comes out, as you will be able to have a dedicated SEAD plane to destroy air defences then send the A-10s to do what they're supposed to do, meaning missions will be a lot more fun and more realistic

due to screen resolution etc I'd say it would be next to impossible to spot and gun targets from 8000ft, especially at night. As soon as you went into your dive to start the gun run you would lose track of where the target is unless you had labels on.

Agreed a more fair match would be the Spitfire XIV and the P-51D (as fair as a slaughtering match gets) as they were both introduced around the same time. Although, would the Mk1a not still be more maneuverable? and range wouldn't play a part in a straight up dogfight, meaning the only real advantage the P-51D would have over the Mk1a Spitfire would be horsepower?

the only reason I thought it was area 51 is because of the curved reflective barrier things and the shape of the mountains in the background. looks similar looking to this pic taken in Google Earth, no?:

Weird coloured squares that were flickering on my screen earlier, not sure if it was my GPU artifacting or if it's an ingame problem. Has never happened before and stopped suddenly also... Crash on one of the campaign missions, I've crashed about 5 times on it now We need to be able to drop the visor and the pilot needs an oxygen mask ;)
