Try going into the root folder then the bin folder and clicking DCS_Updater from there. Mine has a 16gb download before it will transfer files from 2.5 OB! I believe its 1.5.8 going to 2.5 release and not 2.5 OB to 2.5 release. You get the option to keep 1.5.8

So I’ve been flying here for 7 years pretty much exclusively. I make a lot of complex SP missions in the editor but I’ve never really dabbled in the weather system. Until yesterday. My god, what a difference!! 40 knot crosswind Harrier landings on base or ship!! The waves in 2.5 are cool, th feeling the the aircraft sideslipping feels totally realistic to me too. Well I’ll certainly be experimenting more with this. Just wish I had done before now. Just wish the pea soup fog wasn’t, well, pea soupy! Just the standard oculus rift cv1 mic, which is very good actually. I used to use the Logitech G930 headset when I used trackir with my A-10C simpit, which was also very good. If you use pc speakers alongside your standalone mic, that may cause interference. You’d be better of trying to get your hands on an integrated one. I also used an integrated cheapo headset on eBayfor around £10 on eBay which did the job nicely

I guess you could try something like iTranslate to get the correct pronunciation then simply record that in Windows speech recognition

Probably not completely related but has anything happened to the Harrier radios with Vaicom? It’s been a few weeks since I’ve flown it and haven’t changed anything but I can’t get any response anymore between the tanker and the correct response in VA. I’ve checked and checked again the correct radio frequencies. Chief, flight and ATC seem to work fine. Easy comms is off and on have been checked and are the same. Cheers

Is it possible to easily swap over the radio switch with the tdc cursor switch on the Warthog? I’d find it more useful with the push down button on the tdc (for Harrier and m2k). Cheers

It’s really quite choppy and annoying. It’s fine in external view and it’s only with this module. Is this known to anyone else? In the rift by the way. Cheers

Hollywood, I noticed in one of the last missions in the Mirage campaign ther are some jtac menu details requiring F9 to be pressed. Would there be a functionality to add these phrases along with the F10 ones? Cheers pal
