  1. Ok, so now I'm getting the hang of the radios (kind of) and it's becoming more enjoyable (kind of - lol). Anyways I've come across an HSI issue - when I set the INS up the first nav waypoint points towards 170 degrees and a distance of 210 miles (in Cm mode) - the opposite way in which I'm supposed to be going. Is this another misalignment maybe like the previous January bug? Or is there something I'm missing? Cheers
  2. I’ll have died and gone to heaven if we get a Lynx (preferably the army Army version with the skids)
  3. Ya beauty! Cheers mate
  4. Nothing I’ve seen says it is confirmed yet unless I’ve missed it? Provide that post please
  5. Should be great for the short hop Harrier missions crew then! And lots of helo missions dropping off the paras and marines to Tumbledown mountain etc from a Chinook (which should also get made!)
  6. Is this something you’ll be producing to sell? It looks fantastic and for people like me who have none of your experience and programming skills would be a godsend. Cheers
  7. Awesome news. Please, please let it be the Falklands!
  8. A grand for a collective and base!! Admittedly though it does look very nice. But I’m more than happy with my RL £150 Westland Lynx collective and £50 Bodnar board. Might not be as accurate but it feels great, looks great and works ‘well enough’
  9. Yes, they all agree to be non gender specific!!
  10. And it looks fantastic. See the video?
  11. Battle damage assesment I'm sure it is (ie for aircraft) - Although it may be both!
  12. Whooooo hoooooo. For the Hornet. Looks fantastic in Wags new update.
  13. Never understood why people buy these modules then delete them if they don’t like them. At some point the module will be complete, so try something else until that happens. Personally I love blasting around in the Mirage, especially with forum members mods. It does what I want it to do anyways and I don’t get hung up on the issues it has.
  14. That’s when you need a rudder axis as well. Lol. Or use your keyboard (which would be crap I’m sure)
  15. Hey man, you know your stuff there. Thanks for the info. Appreciated.
  16. Will get the map and hornet when the bundle discount is available
  17. Cool, is there a way to easily swap between the two?
  18. Yeah, certainly do, the throttle grips still look small. It’s not a biggy really as I don’t really fly it anymore! In fact most aircraft look a bit odd in size to me.
  19. Hmm, is the real A-10C this roomy? Just that when I see the throttles in the DCS A-10 the throttles look tiny compared to my TM Warty throttles. And this is after I’ve recentred the Rift so my head is in the correct position
  20. Ah, ok, that explains it. Yeah, I started the mission earlier and gave up after a while. Much more complicated than I’m used to!! Lol. I was using VA with Vaicom 2.5 pro to contact tower on 327.7 for start up clearance, taxi instructions and departure request without response. It was only when I looked at the map and noticed it was 327.00. Hmmm. So, how to speak to the tower to ask for these permissions without the menu system? Any ideas? Suppose I’ll have to reassign a preset and have both frequencies for the tower - just to complicate matters further. Lol Cheers
  21. Hey BC, the tower frequency is written down in the datacard incorrectly - it should read 327.00 and not 327.7 - and the radio presets should be changed accordingly. The clock is also over an hour ahead.
  22. Just recieved my full extension set, table mount and TM warthog base and I must say, I'm very impressed. Mostly anyways. Packaging was also excellent, well wrapped in bubblewrap. Extensions - each are nicely powder coated and the threads are nice and smooth, no jaggies, the cables seem good quality too. Very quick delivery - 6 days including a weekend from Minsk to the UK - and no import charges! Happy days. Table mount - Solid, nice powder coating again - although there is a small ding on the front of the left stanchion with some powder coating missing - I guess I'll have to paint over it. TM warthog base - fits perfectly. Maybe Virpil could think about welding the nuts onto the insides of the respective pieces so you don't have to arse about with a spanner. Simple and easy to set up. I did have to modify my desk to make it fit and be the same height as my last 'effort'
  23. Has anyone managed to get SSA to work in 2.5 release version with the Bell 47 mod? Cheers
  24. Ah, ok. Cheers pal
