Dont have it yet but tried it on my brother's rig in VR. I had a new experience with flight simming: this bird INTIMIDATES me. And I love it. A very mean looking and sounding machine, in VR I had the feeling of being the meanest bad ass, just barely controlling this thing, looking for anything to mess with me. Definitely on my next to buy list once funds are squirreled away. One downside I foresee however: given that I am usually a Lone Wolf flyer I see problems with fighting it since it is a 2 seater.

Agreed. As a Warthog user this would help immensely.

What does this mean please? Here's the problems with that: your arm will get sore quickly and if you cant use it for other things like cockpit controls.

I will go one step further and ask if anyone as yet has a SCRIPT profile available that I can use as a base to custom mod? I dont have this bird yet but would like to have a custom script ready.

IDK Im thinking the Apache is loading the CPU or GPU too much. Dont have the Apache as yet.

Reduce textures to medium

Try dropping textures to medium. id say ED needs more beta testers but with EA and the beta DCS *we* are the beta testers.

Im not a stake holder yet, but my brother has it and noticed for FPS that outside views are fine in VR, but inside the cockpit are trash, like single digits. Something about that Apache cockpit is trashing FPS.

How to do this please. Those settings should be grinding your VR into the dust.

Is this module destined to be flat screen only? Hearing very discouraging things about VR.

I hear it runs poorly on VR where other modules like the Hornet run fine. Cant afford the Apache yet but this not bode well for me. The Hornet runs well for me.
