Hi and welcome! There is a possibility to solve this by editing one single line in one LUA file. Solution is written HERE and you can write a word or two to the devs there and join my "wishlist" entry :thumbup:

Imho FORS stands for Afterburner (Forsazh - форсаж in russian) :thumbup: Anyway, great work mate!

And there is also a possibility of looking around by mouse and clicking switches at the same time: open file "...\DCS World\Scripts\Aircrafts\_Common\Cockpit\clickable_common.lua" and change use_click_and_pan_mode = false to use_click_and_pan_mode = true and save - imho this should be in the Options menu in game as a check box!

No doubt about that, but how can you compare CAR engine and DCS engine? :doh: Technically, game engine is not a real engine, it is more like a fuel pump, GPU+CPU can be called an "engine"... EDGE has no moving parts, so wear factor is extremely low :D

FT and FTnoIR are great pieces of software, but they require some knowledge and research from the user. TrackIR is ready out of the box.

Ive heard this advice somewhere: On the final, you should handle it more like a helicopter, in the opposite way than during the level flight - you should control the speed with the pitch of the airplane and descent rate with the throttle :smartass:

...it depends on your preferences. Huey is pure "stick and rudder" machine, in its oposition, BS has a great influence of stabilisation channels/autopilot to its controls. Hip is somewhere in between.
