1.1.1.1 is already supported for months i think you mean 1.1.2.1 (aka the upcoming patch) and I hope so keep in mind headspace is doing this for free ofc ....wise ED picked up the project and paid the man a full salary

Well it is semi 3d because you can look around. But being it the free and demo version for dcs world dont expect it to be the quality and lvl of that of A-10C/KA-50 and P-51D Besides that I kinda do think it deserves a upgrade towards a real DCS as counterpart of the A-10C

If i am correct there is a setting in servman to disable this. So basically it is up to the server owner to set this

Doubt ed is releasing on steam anymore. BS2 isnt either. Also the prices on DCS.com are lower so might be a better choice even. Remember the key work on regular ED downloads too

Why not ? P-51 is beta only at the moment. IT could be boxed if ED wants that. But the game/sim envirmonet is swifting toward digital releases more but they are still making disc version to get sales in countries where ppl dont have huge internet connections

Thing is the above mentoined game are more game like. This is a simulator where ppl want to simulate actually operations with real codes etc. Most do so private so (pardon my french) the battlefield/modern warwafre kiddies dont spoil a perfectly prepped mission. Also most squads use TARS to communicate and keep in contact. So one big server most likely not. If you want a dedicated server join a squad and perhaps you will be surprised in how fun it will be

Same here even tho it is more a fun aircraft i will fly it when i just want to enjoy fun. Great cockpit and I dare to say better the IL-2

Helped me already to figure out a start problem and it also created one .. where are the fuel gauges .... not long after a squad mate told me too look down =)

Hmmm the cockpit seems a bit cartoonish for me . Hope ED brings the same high quality cockpit like A-10C /BS2 into the P-51D then it really makes a huge difference. and Who knows make this sparks a whole other sim section which brings in more money = programmeurs etc

Bit strange this is not multi choice. i would pay for both P-51D and Fast Mover without even blinking. The poll above is a bit biased to show that everybody wants the fast mover instead of the P-51 which most want to buy together but ppl are looking more for the fast mover because of dogfighting in a fast jet

Well Eagle Dynamics is kinda s flight sim company , if you look to their previous games/sims. Tho you can never rule it out i dont see land combat vehicles anytime soon. But with that combined Arms thingie coming who knows maybe some tanks to drive in.
