Euh A2A is this an addon for FSX and not a full product as DCS will be. Frankly I myself dont hold FSX with much value I rather went for X-plane then ... but that was before I meet DCS =) And serioulsy just like Dragon said .. I want videos !!!!!!!!! and a beta / alpha .. love to fly it

Euh .... I want ? When i started IL-2 i was like .. oh crap why dont all the buttons work ... i wish ED made something ... seriosly i thought that. besides in another pool the major of the community votes yes please so it cant be all bad

So why cant ED try and convince a WWII community with their (hopefully) better aircraft? i tried Il-2 and no manual, no nice tutorials and the menu was dreadful to look at. Landscape was better i give you that too the EDś one was better for the computer. besides this all ....I think ED needs to change something in their publishing aircraft. Why ? Simple they are making one world which you fly the aircraft so one set of rules about aerodynamica. Why not make every aircraft an add-on onto the main product which is call digital combat sim. That way you can keep cost at a low point and the users dont need to download everything every time they buy a aircraft. See it as FSX but then better . Maybe that way other companies like Aeorsoft can create their airplanes (which ED doenst want to make) and the community will be happier (or not) But in short ED cant please everybody and they dont force you to buy it.

since gg brought up nevada any word on that ? i see those beta thingies and i keep wondering when do they release it

wot about this option (in my case) 1. I wont buy it at first instance but now that i saw the youtube videos "ride with a p-51d" i will have to own it ! in short i am going to buy it thats for sure and want to do a a10c vs p51d i think it will be a tough mission then with guns only. so i am looking out for it

Looks great but i wonder the combatible thingie with a-10c / BS 2 etc .... that makes things a bit ... odd. Dunno if i buy it because I didnt like IL-2 either but who knows maybe if i can get hold of a beta it would be fun for now my plane is the a-10c which i love. (and always had) +1 ED (and Wags now make up the annoucement for the Nevada map =))

Ahhh i tried it again and in another mission i got 200kt and nothing happend. Well if it is a bug then and already discussed then time for a close thnx everybody

That wouldnt be even such a bad idea after all. in ARMA the world is too small to do good strikes with an A-10 but for helicopters/ ppl it is great . Also in ARMA their a-10 flies like a super a-10c rather then the flight model of A-10. It is also why they made TOH.

Nose wheel sterring is disabled at 60 kt which i do everytime. It happends when nosewheel is turned off hence i found it a bit strange

I noticed to little wheel (nosewheel) break of during take off. I rolled up to a speed of 160kt and then suddenly hear a bump and my air is thrown into the sky . Is this some kind of max speed the gear can take ?

And to fire the rumors (i couldnt resist srry) Any third party would first have to look into sale figures to get onboard. Saying that FC is already longer the then the DCS series and i didnt see any SDK there. What I do see is mod with neveda map home made. So is a SDK actually needed ? BTW when is that nevada map ready it looks so more better then the Georgia map ....

zoom in and it increase a bit ... when i hit the default zoom setting key. Numpad Enter the hud increases a bit

if possible slap me on the reserve list too i like them

Since i had the same as rafli both on the same server :thumbup: I got to only 30% but mine was left . The engine wouldnt go to 60%. I tried waiting for 30 secs as somebody said that too me but nothing. I cant provide a track since multiplay doesnt track . Tho i gotta say the server was a bit odd with mavericks that stop 1 nm before hitting a target and going 90 degree up and then crash .

Well braking at maxium power kinda gives this effect http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m1dv_y_3EK0 Also i have been told by some techs at the airport that maxium braking will blow the tires at bigger chance and then have to be replaced everytime after emercy brake / max brakes. oh this is a better one at 1:36

Euh a real computer geek would say that the best GUI is the terminal screen and I agree. Simple and old interfaces work as the best. And military systems need to have stable platforms to survive the greatest impacts of them all. besides imagine a A-10 flying on windows 7 .. the horror.

First make sure you start the rest of the aircraft. only after you loaded everything from the datacard. When everything is loaded then all wepaons would work. If you flip the master arms switch too soon it goes red 9happens to me a few times.

Ahh thats a shame . Linden are their any templates so we can make it ourself (or maybe I missed it could be) ? I really love to setup a cheap cockpit to show my boss (read girlfriend) that a cockpit in the living room is a nice idea

fyi you can hit the master caution button to turn the alarm off =) and when you got the apu gen on and engine is starting it goes flashing and beeping again just in case. other then that almost no other warning during start up

Btw i saw that natural point was also investigating som tracking of the head without a clip ... cant seem to find it again but it is the natural course of developing ofc
