Was ist für Multiplayer die "bessere" Version bzw wo gibt's mehr Online Spieler, im Open Beta oder Stable? Ich habe momentan Open Beta drauf, für beide Versionen aber zu wenig Platz auf der SSD, darum weiß ich nich, ob es sich eventuell lohnt auf die Stable umzusteigen.

Bist Du Dir da sicher? Soweit ich weiß wird zum einen das Ziel verfolgt und zum anderem der eigene abgefeuerte Flugkörper per Radar verfolgt, da das System per Kommandolenkung funktioniert. Wenn 2 Ziele und 2 Lenkwaffen verfolgt würden, müsste es ja 4 Trackingradare geben.

Wird die navalisierte Variante der SA-8, die SA-N-4 Gecko nicht dazu benutzt anfliegende Antischiffsrakten abzufangen? Wenn man damit eine Harpoon abfangen kann sollte eine Maverick doch auch möglich sein, immerhin ist der Durchmesser/Radarquerschnitt ähnlich und beide fliegen in Unterschallgeschwindigkeit.

I am pretty sure that the ETS in the ECR Tornados is under the front belly behind the front wheel. Italian ECRs are modifed IDSs, whereas german ones are new built. It is obvious when you look at the engines, the IDS and italian ECR have RB199-34R Mk.103 but the german ECRs have RB199-34R Mk.105 and the ADV/F3 have the Mk.104 version. All IDSs have two 27mm guns, all F3/ADVs have one 27mm and the ECRs don't have any guns.

Yes and no and no :D. I said multicrew and multirole. So yes for multirole but no for multicrew, and another no for the F/A-18C in the tanker role, only the Super Bug can do that.

So, no multicrew multirole aircraft in the next 3-5 years (F-14 is not true multirole even with TGP and LGB).

Which parts of the Nevada and Persian Gulf map will be included? It makes a big difference, if e.g. in Nevada the area around Las Vegas and the city itself is modeled, or it's just desert with two airfields. The same for the Persian Gulf map.

I don't think that touchscreens are a good idea in a fighter plane. In a car it is quite easy to hit the wrong button because of the movement of the car, this isn't much different in a plane, especially during turbulences and you have to constantly look at the point where your onscreen button is. Whith haptical buttons you can push them without looking at them because you can feel them.

Well, it doesn't matter what we expect to be the newest bird in Razbams hangar, the decision is already made. I just wanted to mention the Super Etendard, because nobody did it before and it is a plane that played a big role in the Falkland conflict back in 1982. The A-4 is already beeing developed by the Community A-4 Skyhawk team.

Maybe it is more popular, but not more capable. Magic 1 & 2 (all aspect) Gbu-12 TGP Exocet supersonic Both served in the Falklands on Argentinean side, both are carrier capable.

Here you have it: GBU-12 on all pylons, GBU-12 TERs on pylon 3+4+8+9 GBU-10 on Pylon 3-9 I don't know if you can mix GBU-12 in singles and TERs. Copy to DCS folder->scripts->database->planes save the original file before overwrite. Won't work in MP. A-10A.lua
