Not near my computer to check the terminology but try both ways. Also it doesn't really work to use a shift button programmed in saitek and a button press in DCS. Also sometimes you have to push the joystick button several times for DCS to register it on their programming end -Tapatalk

Just leave the buttons you want DCS to program as unprogrammed in the saitek profiler. Then in dcs you program them as regular joystick buttons. When the saitek profile is active the unprogrammed buttons just work like regular joystick buttons -Tapatalk

how to use Saitek X52 Pro directly mapped to DCS? I use the profiler for 90% of the commands, only using DCS to program certain buttons like the first stage of a dual stage trigger. Profiler is much easier as it never gets deleted by an update. Also makes it easier to use shift functions on my pinky button -Tapatalk

Unknown module MAPLEFLAG_F5E_ACM_campaign It's a new campaign and you need to have the update to allow it. BFM is basic flight maneuvers as opposites to advanced or air combat maneuvers. Not sure what the actual mission difference is though and why there's no forum for it yet -Tapatalk

The old training missions were no longer compatible with DCS World so they turned them into videos so you could still see them. They are from when it was 'Lock On' and 'Flaming Cliffs' -Tapatalk

Just did a test, setting the player aircraft to AI works in the same mission where player control freezes at pressing the fly button. Setting to client also freezes -Tapatalk

How did you manage this? When I try and install the x86 file it won't let me as it already detects the x64 file installed -Tapatalk

Nothing new here. Same problems with A10c. We in fact didn't even have radar shadows until (relatively) recently. It will all be worked on in time I'm sure. Until then the standard response is play multiplayer -Tapatalk

Essentially you have to choose a skin online that the mission designer has allowed (generally the default skins), unless you rename files in your directories. Even then no one else will see your skin as anything but the original unless they also mod their directory. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong but this is the way I understand it to be. Kind of like in FSX someone would be flying an f-22 but everyone else would see a 747 unless they also had the f-22 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
