    Sometimes planes taxi with single engine as this shortens the "scramble time". Sometimes asymmetrical trust is being used for better steering during taxi. It's hard to tell isthe engine idling or completely cold!

    All of those Flankers are SM and yes that's Lypetsk. You can say by many diferences, one of them being lack of IFF antennae on engine nacelles.
