Ich sehe DCS als Tech-sim und genau darin ist er großartig. Content,gameplay gerade im MP ist mager aber auch nicht priorität. Da hat BMS die Nase um längen voraus. BMS sehe ich aber als game-sim. Die Kampagne ist unerreicht und wird sie bleiben. Content,szenarien, mods ohne Ende!! Auf you-tube sehr ihr 3 jahre alte "fast-fertig" ingame spielszenen aus nevada! Ganz ehrlich: Wenn nur 1/4 von dem rauskommt was alles angekündigt ist dann ist das wirklich eine ganz große Sache. In der Zwischenzeit erfreut euch in der DCS-freien Zeit doch an BMS!! Es lohnt sich! :thumbup:

Hi guess i know there some threads but not really a solution for me in 1.2.2. How can i make my SP payloads available in the intercom menu for rearm? im not very happy with the standards. :( thanks in advance

When more than 10 clients connected to a server the performance goes badly down. On every server i play its the same: quax, STP , 104th,... Especially when player connect or take a slot. Sometimes over 10sec lag. I reduced all settings to low to avoid a bad clientside latency (i play on high in SP with no problems). I sooooooo f*****g frustrating to stay alive, avoid sam hits, do the most part of a miss and then ...... ping time out :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Der dude experimentiert mit verschiedenen konfigs der CBU. Sieht man auch schön wie es sich auswirkt- :)

Ich finde das z.B bei einem Farp die einstellung HOF 900 und pair-abwurf. Nicht gerade sparsam aber haut ordentlich rein. Wenn Du einen größeren Bereich abdecken willst 1200 aber alles drüber streut schon ärgstens. Wären schon andere taktiken überlegenswert. Ist meine Erfahrung

As a non aircraft technican i treid to follow as much as possible and its very interesting no doubt. But overall now can we say that our black shark behaviour is too forgiving at recovering the rpm/stability in autorotation compare to real ka50?? Would be a real ka50 much harder to control than our virtual one? I have watched this video from this dude whos flying a "real" simulator of Mi-8 or something and he made a good job? Maybe we are really close to "reality"!

I think its a little bit more fun to start with a coop mission! the 74th running a VERY good and beginner friendly coop mission. very nice pig shark coordination sometimes :-)

the best method for me was having so much air under your ass as u can get. 1.FL over 20k minimum. 2. staying 15 miles away for targeting 3 go in adjust the aircraft to the target and shoot the agm 65H(!) in Force Correlate mode. (boot switch middle) under 12m. 4 escape 180° to tgt. that works very nice for "the bay" the "low in" method works for me very good for single Sams on mountain or a single sam on a strategic position. if u only some seconds too low or not covered in "the bay" you have an ass full of that cruise missiles. i think in this missions have fun priority for realismus

And thats the point for me! You need a lot of datas, infomation, the right and possibility to talking to ( high ranking) people to make a very accurate sim. Even thats what people expecting here. And when u have it the PERMISSION to use that knowledge for a mass markt, residential customers what ever. What army would make that public? Even aircrafts how actually on duty in warzones? That ED´s A-10C could happen is a little miracle for this small branche. I guess it will be a preference for a while. We cant expect something like that in the next time. Just let us enjoy our hog! :thumbup:

Mower is right! The falcon was in the beginning tricky to land and with it i learned to land the right way. the falcon manual have really good instructions for this. (just google for falcon 4.9 manual) in few words: you start at 200 knots; 2000ft AGL; 10nm to rw; wenn u come closer point your flightpath marker at the beginning of the rw. keep your AOA under 4°. this make life much easier when u keep in that corridor :-) good luck matz :)

i like that soft blue. on my screen it have something of light grey. very nice! i like the contrast to the devices. good for my eyes :thumbup:

Hi guys I´ve played Bs1 the last days and i recognized that i miss some sounds in my Bs2 1.2.2. The sound enviroment is much wider in Bs1. i dont have switch-button sounds or that deep rotor sound when rpm was decreasing. can someone compare that too and confirm pls.

how long u guys play tonight?

it wasnt possible to play on 104th server for me that weekend :( i had "connection interruption" or "ping timeout" or whole client crash. in BS after the startup and max in air for 5min i disconn/crashed and ain A-10 during start up after some minutes. Before this update it was playable for me also with many clients on that server. i followed the server some minutes in the lobby and i saw that even more player disconnected and later in the night they were only 10 players on the server. also with only 10 players i wasnt able to keep longer than 5min connected. playing online is sooooooo frustrating at the moment :mad: ED went some steps back with this version. I glad to have my bs1 with lots of mods. pure (stable) fun :D

i am also setting the RPM to low (collective) for attack for a dive or loop, playing around and that stuff. helps alot to avoid clash/torqs. im also controlling the throttel to get full power when i need it to escape or fast climbs over short time or set to middle. i dont know how the throttle is used in RL?

I wont miss my BS1. Really nice mods and enhancements and very stable!! its always worth to buy beside BS2.
