I see your point, but there is some small note. One video is from HAF and the other is from Portuguese AF. Why is it assumed that their equipment work the same way as what we modelled?

В треке все вполне нормально, Мах 0.96. Кроме пилонов с ракетам висит пилон по центру. Для данной конфигурации максимальная скорость на форсаже на малой высоте должна быть меньше 1 Маха.
Точную причину не назову, но такое ограничение в реальности. Скорее всего, ограничение для обеспечения безопасного отделения бомб.

Yes, changing GBU code inflight was temporary. Now you can change it only on ground. And you have to verify manually that TGP and GBU codes match. TGP code still can be changed on DED page
We need more information, please. A short track showing the problem would be perfect. Or, at least, what start it was, cold or hot, and other conditions how to reproduce the fault behaviour.
Do you know the error or is it just hypothesis? In general, there could be several reasons of such behaviour, if it really exists.

Сейчас должен нормально работать. Сбросить, выборочно или аварийно, можно только подвесные топливные баки и оружие В-З, ракеты В-В не сбрасываются и аварийно не запускаются.
