Strange, I'm playing a mission with some MLRS and the FPS are not dropping when they're firing, I play the same mission since 1.1.1.1 though. Maybe I should try with more cannons.

I can't believe TIR doesn't allow to stabilize the view by increasing the smoothness?! Even Freetrack allows that, there's a "stable" button and you can move your head slowly, but it doesn't feel natural at all...

Iran/Afghanistan are far from being hilly deserts. An European theather would be a FPS killer as you describe it.

Pour le coup de la map, j'ai jamais eu ça, ton installation est bonne donc je vois pas trop là, tu lances le jeu en administrateur? Cela semble être une sorte de conflict avec Windows, essaye peut être de passer en Windows Classique, ou désactive l'aéro.. Au pire la 1.2.3 va pas tarder àsortir alors tu vas peut être résoudre tes problèmes! A+

Then, we need to expand the map to the south east including the Iran until the Pakistan! :lol: I really find the Afghanistan interesting because there's a good diversity, desert and mountains in the south, green zones in the middle, vegetation and mountains at the north east, and it's a real conflict, well it will be surely past when the developpement would have finished anyway. An expansion to Armenia, Nothern Iran, Eastern Turkey would be great and would give you your giant map! Definitely the way to go IMHO. Since I only fly the A10 right now, I've to say that a 3x bigger map would scare me...:D

Well I don't agree, for example, the Predator doesn't like the Afghanistan that much (war in a desert area also :p), the electronic parts suffer from the heat... Same for the Harfang (even worse unfortunately). Your last sentence is really a gross mixture :lol:. PS : I think the foreigners don't give a damn about Depardieu and don't even know who is he... better like that...
