You can still drop coloured smoke at a desired time with triggers, like in the training missions... But it will not be in relation with the JTAC, well, it's possible to change the smoke of the JTAC, a mod could do that or wait I need to put my head into that :D

Click on edit on the FAC command in the advanced (waypoint action) section, then you can select the designation method, smoke is WP. But it will be white.

Yeah, I wasn't using the ROE command before, I set "return fire" everytime since it's mostly like that IRL. I find the isolines rather imprecise actually, and some elevation points would help here and here cause it's sometimes difficult to have a reference.

There's instruction about that, ED said that's better to delete your entire DCS folder in Users/Saved Games, it can mess up with the new version (yes I tried^^) it's the same for the missions, you should do it again, I heard some peoples where just opening them to save it in the new version, I don't know if it's efficient. So, yes, better to delete your old config.

It's not really difficult to set the radios and ILS up, for the radios, turn it on, enter the right numbers and that's it, just have to press the right key for the mic (the menu indicates the radio type). The ILS is a bit more complex, but again, get the right number, you will hear the morse code when it's on. It's similar for the TACAN. So for me, it's some of the easiest A10 instruments. Of course, if you want to focus on your flight first, then you can put it on easy and maybe use the hardest way later!

Yes the shrubs and trees have a big FPS impact, it's set to 1/3 for me but if your PC can handle it, feel free to push the slider further. About the "flag is more than", you set it as a limit, for example : Trigger 1 Conditions : UNIT dead (select blabla) Actions : Flag increase (flag 1; value 1) So, now when your unit is killed the flag has 1 point in the pocket :) and you can clone the condition for that flag 1 if you want, here 3 times... Trigger 2 : Conditions : Flag is more (FLAG 1; Value 3 e.g) Actions : Sound to all ( file : muhahayou'redone.ogg) :lol: So here, if you kill 5 units or more, the sound file will play :noexpression:... Hi, If you can't afford a TIR like me, I would strongly recommend you to use Freetrack, I've played with my POV hat on my joystick at the start, but it's just unplayable, you miss the point of the sim. It's alright when you learn and you're just flying, but in combat, you'll quickly reach the limit of the POV. It's too slow and inaccurate! My Freetrack device cost me around 10$ and a lot of time to tweak the **** out the game to get it working, I've to admitt that it can be a pain in the arse to have it working. :( But it's better than nothing, the Headtracking changes radically the gameplay. Ok, I knew for the KA-50 but what about the A10? I cannnot see such a motion under High G loads. Am I blind or the A10 can't pull enough G's to get the wings flexing?

@CROALEX pour moi, ça serait le TM Warthog, c'est vrai que Thrusti peut être moyen niveau solidité mais l'esprit Warthog y est, rien de meilleur que le métal bien froid sous la peau et le stick bien dur :yes:. Si tu veux vraiment aller au bout de l'immersion avec le A10 alors c'est le Warthog qu'il te faut. J'en avais parlé avec Ralfidude, qui avait eu droit à un retour sav TM au passage :/, il avait un X52 pro avant et ne regrette pour rien au monde le Warthog quand même. Celon lui, le X52 est de mauvaise qualité et se décalibre trop facilement, les drivers buggent... Au prix où il est, tu dois pouvoir réclamer si t'as un souci, c'est un droit. Le Saitek X65F à l'air pas mal, mais bien sur il est moins "authentique" pour le A10, niveau qualité j'en sais absolument rien, mais bon c'est aussi du métal... je vois que tu n'es pas collé au A10 alors tu pourrais le prendre pour être plus polyvalent peut être. Perso, je crois que le force sensing me dérangerais un peu, j'aime pouvoir mettre des grands coups de stick comme sur les anciens coucous :lol: Mais bon, c'est que mon avis. Dans tout les cas, tu touches au grand luxe, je vois pas comment tu pourrais être déçu de l'un ou de l'autre, je pense que c'est qu'une question de goût personnel. Sachant que j'ai aucun des 2 (j'ai un Thrusti quand même), c'est l'opinion que j'en ai après lu et parlé avec les possesseurs. Hi, What's your motherboard? Asus? I've had the same problem, Asus Suite crap was locking my CPU frequency to 1.6Ghz, so I was having 13 FPS... Maybe something like that is happening to you?
