I've noticed in the game the Tunguskaw missiles are really inaccurate, they miss aircraft that are flying straight and level and slow flying helicopters all the time, is this realistic or just a badly modeled missile performance?

with LODs things like that can be eliminated, airplanes never even need to really load the highest level of detail, and agian im not talking about making the entire map have enterable buildings just a small part, heck even in arma you cant enter every building, and only a part of the map would have higher resolution terrain, whether the network or the server would be able to handle insane amounts of people at affordable levels is another thing.

we dont have that, but we have trickery and game dev magic up our selves :) we dont need the entire DCS map in ARMA sized micro terrain, just a "tiny" 80km x 80km sized square. which wouldnt be an easy task to pull off either.

i dont think youll see any difference between a 7850 on a PCIE 2.0 or a PCIE 3.0, or maybe a negligible difference, i could be wrong, but i dont think the 7 series is maxing out the PCIE 2.0 slot. on a side note, make sure your CPU can support PCIE 3.0, otherwise its useless to buy a mobo that supports it when your CPU doesnt. and if you really want a new GPU a 280x is probably the best in the price to performance ratio, if you are looking to save a few of your monies.

did you put them on excellent? also try putting the enemy aircraft on an intercept mission. either way the biggest problem with the AI is the moment they get the slightest amount of damage they turn on their nav lights and RTB.

cant you set the ECM to turn on only when youve been locked or launched on, that should be of some use against players.... maybe.

does the mission scenes on medium? because ive noticed if you put a mission on medium scenes it removes the trees, ive also had it a couple of times where the trees disappear for no reason, and after a repair they were back.

you are going to have to wait for the MP track, till some time tomorrow, unfortunately. that makes no sense, and a glitch is a glitch. Shift R doesnt work well it keeps it filtered until the next time you get pinged by the radar then it just switches back to its default mode, when in SEAD mode.

be that as in may in MP you cannot destroy a BUK search radar (last time i and several other people tried) with an ARM, but you can in SP.

it can train you pretty well if you set it up properly for example you take 2 F-15s put them on excellent, give them an intercept mission on your plane, and tell them to attack as a group, then give them aim-120s only, youll have a hell of a time winning that.

could be an X-65 but with none of that force sensing mumbo jumbo?

i use a sennheiser hd439, and even though its one of the cheaper sennheisers, its the only headphone or headset ive used that im actually happy with. funnly enough its the worst one ive ever had, it was uncomfortable, the sound was pretty subpar for the price, and ive seen better microphones from the dollar store, though it is pretty sturdy ill give it that. since you have a nice setup, you want to buy a headset or headphone that doesnt have USB only plug.

i do, its a bit iffy with unitiy web player, and Flash crashes occasionally for me, otherwise its fine

you can skip it, by pressing the zoom in or zoom out key on the keyboard thatll it stop it, i dont understand why its there or why you cant skip it with your mouse zoom, by there you go.

thats some pretty good AI, doing that with CA would be challenging.
