  1. Good one xD :megalol: Anyway, if somebody releases someday a transport plane for dcs world I'll buy it for sure.. the need to fly anything flyable is a bad thing.. :pilotfly:
  2. Since when the Airbus have guns mate ? :music_whistling: I want the F-18 with the ejection handle, my girlfriend is going to enjoy bothering me
  3. Seems that their sales are not going well and they try to get a lot of sales at this price. I bought the module at full price the first day, but only to support them, and knowing this is going to happen.
  4. Hi mate, I think you need to install these programs to make it work, it's the only way I find that works. Hope it helps
  5. What about the F-4 EJ Kai ? I can't find info about an A/G radar mode on that particular variant, but if it have ground radar mode, the phantom background (is a naval one, but who cares ?) in the leatherneck site and the japan flag in the announcement ( although the flag seems about the imperial japan )... all the trolling tips from Cobra will coincide. :megalol:
  6. Yes gents, I was using the ricardo cockpit mod for the A-10, the default textures are very outdated.. hope ED buy these mods and add them into the sim. Regards!!
  7. Hi again mates, I have made the dcs repair and the mirrors look good again.. at least at the level of the rest of the modules. Thanks to all for your help !!
  8. Hi Cobra! I know you and your team are suffering due this situation :vertag: Why you don't simply confess what modules are you working now and here ? I bet for F4U and Intruder.. :pilotfly:
  9. But only in the A-10.. Is very strange, on all the others modules they look great.. Maybe when using iControlDcs something has changed in the A-10 files.. We'll see with the repair.. Thanks mate
  10. Nop, I am going to give it a try tonight. Really all of you have the same mirror quality in the A-10 respect the rest of modules ?? :megalol: And Devrim, I use some of your mods and they're fantastic. Thanks and keep the good work
  11. Didn't remember well.. but I think they're referring to ww2 models.
  12. Isn't a bad idea, usually most of us buy all the developers launch to market, and nobody of us is going to play only RIO. The idea is interesting because allows to introduce people who don't have a joystick, people that hopefully can like it and invest for a joystick and the full module.
  13. Thanks Caspet, I need to check it in the mod enabler, but I think that I have it active. If in your computer the mirrors look fine maybe I have something wrong in my dcs installation.. I will check it tonight. :pilotfly:
  14. Yes, I have it at that res but they still look very bad.. So it seems that it is a limitation of the A-10 module ? didn't remember how they look in the KA-50 but in the mi-8 and mig-21 they look great. Thanks for your reply kuky
  15. I suppose that I'm suffering a strange issue, because I found nothing searching the forums. My problem is that the mirrors in the A-10 have a very low resolution, when in the other mods the mirror reflections have a very good quality. I have all the graphic options at max and don't know what to do to solve it, somebody can help me with this ? Thanks in advance
  16. So.. if we are going to get the Hellcat and the Zero, and they are talking about a A/G radar mode.. that means we're going to get the f-14 D ?? I can't believe it.. :joystick:
  17. Great news Cobra, Hope that you and the other guys in Leatherneck keep working in the module until it is nearly perfect, and the more realistic possible. I'm anxious to get engine failures due over stressing it. :joystick: Thanks
  18. The F-18 isn't a good example, because the Spanish Air Force have them too. But I'm with you, I also prefer to see planes with the skins used in real life.
  19. Well.. I am a bit disappointed because I was expecting the announcement of a Mirage F1 module, but every plane have their attractive..
  20. I don't understand all the rants posted here. First because the 59.99 $ price is discounted, so the actual price is 41.99 $. And second because as everyone here knows, the initial price is for the people who want support the developers, because for the rest of the people, waiting a few months allow them to buy the module at bargain price. I do this continuously, if I am anxious to get the module I pay the initial price to support the developers, and if the module isn't of my interest I wait for the sales to add it to my collection ( in my case this happen with the WW2 modules ) at a low price. In this particular case, even when I'm not very interested in the plane without the AFM, I buy it to support the developers, hoping for a serious training campaign for the EB model. If this finally happen, and happen before the release of the ED F/A 18C I expect to make "real" training before the transition to the Hornet, like in my beloved Spanish air force. :pilotfly:
  21. I own a G940 for some years, and after open and replace the wires on the throttle unit to fix the reversal bug I don't have any problem with it. As Random says, the dead zone in the center of the stick is the major drawback, but if you don't try nothing better you are going to learn to live with it. In my case, I order Hotas Warthog with the idea of using it to play flybywire aircraft and still use the G940 for helos and older planes, but when I touch the Warthog and make a couple of flights with it, tried to use again the G940 with the ka-50 but the difference is so big than I'm unable to use it again. I thought that the lack of force feedback on the Warthog would be a game breaker with helicopters, but was not the case. So actually I'm using the G940 only for the pedals. Why not fix the wiring on your pedals and wait for something new ? I have some doubts about the purchasing of the Warthog, but actually I buy them again, but their high price is a serious issue.
  22. Solved in the last open beta update !! :pilotfly:
  23. I received them at friday, and I was very impressed with them. While expecting more quality compared with my 940, when touch them I noticed that the build quality is a lot better than expected, the stick seems of a real plane ! And after using them during the weekend I love them, the precision of the stick is a thousand times better than the 940, and the feel on the buttons is amazing. Hope it works fine for some years, at least I tested them and seems perfect for now, and without software-drivers issues. :joystick::thumbup:
  24. Thanks mate, I will follow your advice about the calibration. And there are not hints about a new hotas from thrustmaster, it's only the hopes of many people about the release of dcs : f-18 with a simultaneous release of a hotas hornet.. :joystick:
  25. Thanks for all the opinions guys, I understand the risks, but from long time ago I have the desire of buy this HOTAS and when I think about the release of a new one from Thustmaster ( let be clear here, Logitech is out of the market now, CH have very good but outdated models, and the x-55 released recently makes a new HOTAS from Saitek soon unthinkable ) eat my nails, because the Cougar was in the market a lot of years before Warthog was put on sale. Maybe we get a HOTAS Hornet next year, or maybe the Warthog still on market a long time, and as many time I spend thinking about this it comes worse. So I'm going to take the risk and order a new Hotas Warthog, if I have problems with it and they release a new Hotas soon probably I can make a deal with the shop in order to change it for the new paying the difference. And if it works well probably my mind will be thinking about buying other expensive ( and useless for my WAT ) and beauty things for this hobby, so I will be happy for a while. I forget to say that I'm willing to continue using my 940 to play helos and older planes and use their pedals to fly with the Warthog. Sorry for my English if I make some mistakes, but isn't my native language and thanks again to everyone. :pilotfly:
