You can open trk files with file archiver software like 7-zip (make a copy of that track beforehand just in case). Trk is basically just a container.

I don't have TrackIR so I wonder how "bad" the 3DOF would be, but I guess it's 100 times better than looking around with hat, hm? And the price tag on TIR really puts a lot of people, including me, off. This is really cheap, even when you let them make it for you.

I'm starting to be curious about this gadget more and more, but it's importnant to say that it's "only" 3DOF.

Try opening view.lua and setting function CameraFloat(t) values to 0. I know it works for fixed ground (airshow) camera, not sure about F4.

Not sure if joke or not, but nobody is using pencils in space because when the tip breaks, piece of graphite in lungs, eyes or instrumentation is really really bad. But love and urban legends are forever...

So, I see this slider in modelviewer every day when I'm painting but... what is it actually supposed to do? Because it seems to do nothing at all. Is that just dummy slider that used to work long time ago or am I missing something? :hehe:

This doesn't make any sense to me. If I go into DCS store (or anywhere) and buy something that costs let's say 49.99 USD, I'm not technically paying in dollars, since my bank account is in CZK. I'm charged the equivalent cost in CZK. I'm paying in my currency no matter what. Same for the OP and his currency. They can say the module costs 80000 Imperial Credits but it's still the same for me. It's not like you have to touch it physically, it's just some virtual money that gets shifted around the world and converted accordingly.

What about one for every module (either current or upcoming) + "other models" for the rest. :)

Yes, you can do that also with middle mouse button double click (imho more convenient than keyboard), but the question was how to look around with mouse while being able to click without switching the mouse mode. ;) I too wish for this to be in DCS as an option.

No, he just modified the textures that were there all along.

I'd rather wait for the kit until they freeze the textures than having it now and fixing and reuploading my skin 150 times everytime they change something.
