Does anyone have a good guide on how to setup the B.I.P with DCS BIOS, where the files go and all that? I have looked through the BIOS a little with the Google chrome extension, just not sure how to build a profile and how to install it. All the videos online talk about Arduino boards, not the BIP. When I load the program the panels I own do not appear. The older flight panel software that only works with the switch panel is still functioning. I need help finding the "x: cockpit preform clickable action" cockpit device #, command # and value # for the deploy flares button. More specifically the "UV-26 Start dispensing button" Much like having the doors open when I land, I would like to make a trigger the deploys my flares.

Yeah it should be set up to put all 6 on there. The inner tanks hit the wheels though.

In the army we dont request permission to start up, but on Air Force bases I have had to. It does not clog up the airwaves because you call ground control not tower. I do call my operations whenever I taxi for departure or HIT check, I call tower when I am ready to takeoff. Different places have different rules.

The Uh-1h does not start like the B206, the throttle has a start positions and adds fuel on its own, you do not roll is past the detent like you do in the 206.

As required. 50 meters or not I Don't need them if landing to an improved surface with no dust. For example an airport ramp. There is a reason the check list is written that way, so as not to limit the pilot.

I agree with you, the weight advantage is not much. Even if the power loss was that high, it is on the top end because of the loss in bleed air or "cooling air". What most players don't understand is unless your are flying in your max power range you are not going to see a power loss. You will Hit VNE before you hit engine parameters. And like you said, if you need the power, then turn them off.
