I am also facing very often the problem that the track is totally different at a special point of time. E.g. it is switching to the back but not back again to the cockpit. Or the plane is just crashing into the ground. Does anybody know a solution for this?

After retrying it once again with the Repair-function (unsuccessfully) I have uninstalled the A-10C module by using the module manager inside the game and reinstalled it once again by downloading and executing the A-10C-module-installation file. Now everything is working fine and I didn't have to set all keyboard and joystick settings again because they were not removed by uninstalling the module.

I would like very much to get the F104 with the ZELL-System (Zero Length Launch) for being able to take-off without an airbase.... :smilewink:

Have you really connected both cars with the special cable? Have you reinstalled the newest driver for both cards and set it to SLI/ multiple grafic cards.

Made a performance test I have changed my HDD into a SSD and I have measured the times of starting an own created mission (from pressing "Fly" until the paused game): Not cached (= first time load) Cached HDD 146 s 42 s SDD 46 s 41 s So, as you can see, the Cached times are the same. So I wouldn't suggest to buy a SSD for improving the load times of DCS. Besides: I have also measured the performances with a tool: HDD: 50 MB / s SDD: 530 MB / s I can also see in the windows performance monitoring that the HDD/SDD is absolutely not important/used.

I don't think that I am asking a lot. This Video-recording-function exists so many years (since Lock-On and unchanged). With this function, you can set the resolution and the FPS and also the compression. There are users who are also creating 3D-videos. Old Track-files seem to be compatible, the main problem are the maps which have changed. The videos of "binary orchestra" are really great..... I wouldn't be able to create such a Track-file.

Of course I know Youtube, but I want a very good quality. Like Bluray and without any Artefacts. And also with 60 Frames per second. Later I would like to get 4K resolution.... Thanks anyway.

With Lock-On there were some movie-like Track-files (as demos) included into the installation. Now I would like to get such Track-files again for creating a high quality HD-Video-file for demonstration purposes for my relatives and friends. Could somebody tell me where I can get actual and good Track-files? (Of course I have already tried it by searching in the internet....)

Now, after the last little update it is working again.

The problem still exists. I also tried it by running the Repair-function again. Shit.... I can't fly the A10-C anymore, my favorite aircraft. :-(

I also watched my joysticks movements now. This doesn't seem to be the problem. With load (bombs, but not overloaded) my plane just lifts his nose (10 °) but it won't get height. I have this problem since the update before the last update. Never before. I also attached a new Track file. No load at all, flaps 10°, AOA is OK, I am pulling the stick as usual. I am already flying sims since 1984. I never had such problems with DCS and the A-10C!!! It doesn't mean anything if you were able to successful take over the plane and land it because it was on your PC..... With the other planes like the SU25T I am still not having such problems. And: I am also not to stupid for Take Off. Because with just a little load (e.g. 2 GBU10), it is absolutely impossible. No matter how I set the flaps....

With the new update, my right thrust is always at minimum level in my F-15C. In the "Control settings - Axis Commands" I have reassigned it again. There, everything seems to be fine, but in the game.... With my Warthog set, the right thrust gets "Joy_Z". Inverting also didn't solve the problem. My left Thrust (="Joy_RZ") works perfectly. All other planes are also working perfectly. Thanks for the support.

The Track-file has been corrupted. I made a new one. You can see that I really nearly can't take off although without load. At the end of this Track I am crashing into the ground because of the very bad performance. It is nearly not flyable for me anymore.

It seems for me that the current release has improved this behavior very much.

Ok, I have removed and reinstalled the module but the problem still exists..... :-( I need to fly at very high Angle Of Attacks and so I am losing speed very fast and the engine power also seems to be very low. The whole plane seems to be very unstable and the performance seems to be very weak... The Take Off is only possible without any load (no weapons). The A10-C is really unflyable for me after so many years... I have attached a Track-file. My Problem with the performance of the A10-C.trk

Does somebody has another advice? I don't want to loose some settings or the license by reinstalling the module once again.

@MadTommy and Feuerfalke: Thanks you for all of your answers. All of them were useful and believe all of them. I think I won't buy a sound card unless DCS World will support a special standard (like e.g. the X-Fi, EAX etc.) and the on-board-sound won't support this standard. I think there is currently no listenable difference for DCS World between on-board-sound and a soundcard. Which such support the sound should be much better. May be that I will buy a sound card in the near future. But there is another reason for that: I just want to record old tapes and some vinyl into my computer..... You have a good taste. NAD and B&W were (and may be are) really great systems when I was working in this area some years ago. But: May be that it would be better to have a stand-alone headphone together with a stand-alone mikrofone instead of this Kave Headset.
