How did you test the psu?

A new pc: i5 7600K, CPU cooler (to run the i5 at 4-4.5Ghz) , 16GB of RAM, Z170 or Z270 motherboard, GTX 1060 6GB.

It's almost impossible to run any games with all max settings. About 2.1, wait for further optimization, The paint is still wet.

How do you know?

DCS is more gpu intense but, at first, you need a cpu who can run at 4.2Ghz+. An i5 "K" version. What is your resolution?

Tier 4 units may have some problems, such as being unable to deliver rated power at higher temperatures, or being slightly out of ATX spec on power output quality. Not recommended to buy except in situations where you will not be stressing it, or expecting it to last for more than a few years. If you have one, you can probably keep using it unless you're experiencing problems.

Wait a minute. What is the power supply? Cooler Master GX 750w? It's a tier 4: Not Recommend for stressful situations. May not be able to put out full rated power above room temperature, and may slightly fail to meet ATX specs :)

This very expensive (specialised) motherboard is for the experienced guy who want/need extreme performance of his rig, and who know what he is doing. If you are not this guy, don't lose your money.

You know DCS don't use the Hyper-theading technology. It don't even use more than 2 cores. The i5 7600K...

You know the Gaming 7 is a big card (Expensive)? Are you sure you need all those features? The Gaming 5, Gaming K5, Ultra Gaming and the UD3 are very good too.

What is the SSD 240GB WD Green? Don't buy a 5400RPM HD. You know 3TB is a lot of capacity... Samsung SSD are one of the best today.

Note: You don't even need to overclock this CPU (4.5Ghz).

The Antec High Current Gamer 620w is made by Seasonic, but both are top quality (Tier 2) units.

The Samsung 850 evo is among the best, use him.
